To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. • 賣相頗吸引,炸得略帶金黃,舖滿蔥粒;
• 份量充足、豬扒極之大塊,相當飽肚;
• 豬扒外層香脆、內𥚃肉質鬆軟,充滿了蔥香,豉油份量剛剛好,不會太咸,卻又可以令豬扒惹味度提升,略有一點大排檔小炒的風味;
• 白飯的表面放了一點黑胡椒、吃起來有點微微辛口,配合豬扒非常匹配;
• 以這樣的份量,價錢也算合理$51;
• 店內環境坐得舒服,上餐速度幾快,是附近居民方便之選。
自從轉了餐牌以後首次光顧,還是比較喜歡之前的菜式。

係十二號台(不停係咁重覆)
最大問題係佢連一聲吾好意思都冇講
極為不尊重
但我好好奇,佢拎左我食個碗飯走😒
會吾會再加番啲飯上去,再比第二位客人
呢個我反而好想知道 上菜既時侯係吾似平時啲鐵板,會聽到炸炸聲
有機會係其他嗌錯再拎番出尼都未定
睇佢中樣都好似同佢個名幾貼切,
但入面啲食物冇左空中既(好似識飛既動物)🧐🧐🧐

我第一次惠顧百份百是吃下午茶餐 — 炸雞脾!

炸雞脾 薯條 放在一個木板上,賣相十分美觀,不像一般茶餐廳的膠碟。 雞脾雖然不是大大隻,但像剛炸起,好熱的,不可能即時大大口吃! 當第一口吃時,有大的聲音,卜卜脆! 皮好脆肉又嫩滑,不太鹹,味道一流。 凍檸茶普通。

我跟著去試午餐。點了— 犀飛利銀芽肉絲炒麵。

賣相特別,麵和醬汁是分開上碟。 我初初都覺得好,但開始進食時候就麻煩了。炸過的麵條堆砌一起,縱橫交錯,把它們混在一起處理上有點困難。 我吃了一半就沒有心機吃了! 立即想起深水埗坤記的肉絲炒麵是我覺得最好吃的。
