To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一個敢普通既炒飯點解可以做到敢差 落左幾多鹽?🤦🏻♀️ 最後都系咸到食唔落+唔夠膽食敢咸就放棄了🤥🤥
應該只系勝在位置方便 系bus站一落就系 先會敢多人去 🤥🤥 可能其他食物好食啲?

湯底有腩汁,有水準。
牛腩不會硬,肉質爽口。
米線分量多,有4小碗,柔軟,吸收了湯的味道。
白蘿蔔不好吃。
侍應較為嘈吵,好壞參半。
其實呢間食左好多次,真心幾好食,平時食小菜多,同埋中意食佢個蠔仔泡飯!呢間野幾乾淨企理,坐得舒服!今日一個人食叫左個日式炒鳥冬,好大碟!估佢唔到甘有鍋氣!一個字形容!正!
這家在天澤商場的餐廳,每次來,無論早餐或午餐都要等位。這次來,下午茶時段,人不算太多,馬上進去試試。
餐廳的裝修充滿懷舊的氣氛,無論是一桌一椅都是懷舊的設計。墻壁上掛着一幅幅老舊的相片,伴着暈黃的燈光,令人有錯覺,置身於五、六十年代。
看着餐牌,點了推介的黑椒牛肉炒意粉和即磨㗎啡。㗎啡送上來的ㄧ刻,已經聞到香濃的㗎啡香味。喝了ㄧ囗,很香很滑,熱呼呼的,令人精神為之ㄧ振。
意粉隨即送上來,份量很多。除了牛肉和意粉外,還有香菇絲、雞脾菇絲、紅椒絲、洋蔥絲和椰菜絲等配菜伴着一起炒,香味四溢。試一口,黑椒味甚濃,帶着辣味的牛肉,十分惹味。炒意粉的火候掌握得剛好,意粉不會太硬或過軟。由於配菜多,吃下去完全沒有油膩感。ㄧ碟意粉很快就吃光了。好好味呀!
晚餐時間叫左三個餐 第一個係中式惹味牛仔柳 同我想像中既係二回事黎架 首先賣相係靚既吸引我去食 問題係酸既用茄汁整既 唔緊要當我自己唔清楚佢用茄汁 我自己冇問清楚 但點解中式既牛仔柳會同薯條一齊炒既😅係都應該係洋蔥啦 又算當自己冇問清楚(我孤陋寡聞原來薯係係中式野黎)。份量多既 食落去偏酸 牛仔柳第一舊都仲好 愈食愈韌 可能係凍左掛 除左第一舊有牛肉味之外其他都食唔到(如果一開始果舊都冇我唔會咁再意)
另一個晚餐 水煮魚 近排食得元朗間麻辣XX多又中意食所以叫 嘩 難食到嘔 我一邊食一邊係心入面講粗口 首先 我叫麻辣少辣 冇乜辣味係正常既 但麻都吾麻 全個湯底係油既 喲魚肉有喲腥 有喲有泥味 有喲仲有漂白水味(唔知係咪我錯覺啦)總之好差 配菜有冬菇係入面我都係第一次見我孤陋寡聞。 仲有喲大豆芽(唔知係咪咁叫)食落仲未煮熟咁 依個難食到嘔 難食到嘔 難食到嘔
依間野下次食我都係食二人套餐算 今次好失望 依間野食物質素係我心中算唔錯 今次真係難食到我寫差評

午飯時間,門口企滿哂人,但一支公既我無論去幾多人既餐廳都唔會要排好耐😁😁😁 但一個人坐位多數都會比人左塞右塞,入座個陣幾位姐姐好似決定唔到sip我去邊 🤔 一個點我坐依度一個又叫翻我起身坐個度....最後坐左一個角落二人枱答枱,都ok
點左一個墨西哥瘋狂辣肉醬焗豬扒意粉(有相),都幾大碟,我一個女仔食唔哂。上面舖滿豬扒,雖然比較薄,但肉質唔算鞋,幾好🖒 肉醬比較似肉醬意粉個款,但我完全食唔到辣味,撈下意粉都唔錯既。成個面都係芝士😋😋😋同埋出面好多芝士都會焗燶哂,依個完全無 ✌✌✌
加左六蚊轉杯利賓納啫喱冰,係利賓納入面有一大舊芒果啫喱,好似一次過滿足我兩個願望,有飲品又有甜品。
