To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

看見相片的夜景實在太吸引，但不幸被安排坐在貼牆的位置，全晚一轉身就是牆、牆、牆!對面的朋友則可以有一點點視線「偷」看到夜景。 食物選擇真的少、少、少，亦不見得精緻，味道和質素更是一般，尤其乳豬片全是肥脂及南瓜羹料小且水汪汪(很難想像是如此高級酒店出品)，用此相同價錢可以不用考慮此處，當晚主題是和牛，但除烏冬有和牛外，其他都沒有特別，好像是和牛碎料理，真是希望越大，失望越大!幸好服務真的很好，有禮貌！

結婚週年紀念，放不下兒子，所以只可以吃晏晝，不能晚上吃。老公想帶我來但之前就不到時間，他說這類食物選擇不多，但很精緻，說我一定喜歡。這𥚃的裝修幾靚，又開揚，連洗手間都有無敵大海景。食物方面，真是選擇不多，但每樣都係好食。甜品款式反而多，但偏甜，我不大喜歡。

We are disappointed about the food selection as well of the quality in this high end cafe.  We were all in 4 people to celebrate the birthday of my friend.  Overall we all felt bad because of the food standard is low and not matching to the hotel level.  The refill time is not quick and short of selection.  At the end, the cafe arrange the cake plate with birthday greeting.  The plate is 6 inches with 2 pity small cakes on it.  The wording are not nice and we felt ashame to get it for our birthd

      出發之前睇咗好多網友的食評，本來有少少擔心會失望。但係今日去完Cafe 103之後，我又覺得OK吖⋯由大堂入門口到等lift，到達103樓由入座到用餐，服務無得挑剔。因為媽咪生日，所以我有提早打電話同餐廳做咗remark，餐廳好好有主動幫我哋安排窗口位置同生日甜品。基本上所有服務員好有禮貌，細細聲講嘢然後幫你收碟，尤其要讚牛扒區的師傅，有介紹我試下紅酒煮牛肉，眼見佢有做手勢提醒同事要refil食物。所以食物全部都好夠熱，食物溫度尤其呢個天氣好緊要。唯一就係中間有一段peak time 食物refil得唔夠快，後來我見廚師都跑埋出來mon住，經理都跑來跑去，食物好快refil曬( 當然我一一看在眼內)食物: 烤羊腿&牛扒，忌廉烤三文魚都幾好食，雖然lunch buffet無龍蝦/蟹腳，但食得出所有海鮮都係新鮮嘅，比其他普通自助餐餐廳處理得更加乾淨，even貝殼類嘅食物都冇一粒沙。魚生都不錯，三文魚基本上係魚腩，北寄貝甜蝦都新鮮，當然唔少得佢哋嘅招牌叉燒。個人尤其鍾意今日的忌廉甘筍湯，夠creamy 好好飲。飯後仲有Movenpick，甜品推介芒果布甸，同細細粒咖啡奶凍&酒塞蛋糕，全部都好

      的確我都贊成部分網友的意見，餐廳食物種類不算太豐富，價錢vs 食物種類的確有提高空間，少咗啲炸物，意粉或者點心之類嘅嘢…

      但有時候食飯除咗食物質素，都會考慮埋環境同服務，成個用餐經驗好緊要。我個人來講成個用餐經驗幾好，以Ritz Carlton酒店級數，其實Cafe 103價錢算合理，見到屋企人開心已經無價。下次會再約朋友仔齊齊打卡食多次

           Our scones and hot chocolate came first. I had thought of waiting for the whole afternoon tea set to arrive before taking pictures but the aroma of the scones and hot chocolate was so luring and I didn't want them to become cold.

           Instead of the usual scones, they replaced 2 of them with the chocolate ones, which went really well with their strawberry jam.

           Usually I choose a caffeinated drink but since it was a chocolate afternoon tea, it was fitting to order their hot chocolate,  which was really rich without being too sweet. However, definitely not a drink for those dieting.

           The afternoon tea arrived and it was amazing. Despite there is only "1 layer" of food, it was so packed, we were both very full in the end.

           I loved how the savories incorporated chocolate into it so well. My favorite would be the shepherds pie, being so rich with cheese with a hint of chocolate to it.

          Their desserts were also very impressive. For a chocolate afternoon tea, I would have expected myself to be quite overwhelmed by the sweetness o f the chocolate desserts. However, each dessert was very well balanced by the tartness of the fillings/sauce and each was different eg. banana, berries, plum etc. My favorite would their classical chocolate sandwich which was filled with a rich tarty mango filling. Looking forward to their Christmas tea set.

          味道還可以 就係種類少 而且無飲品區 只配一杯餐飲⋯海鮮就4種蝦 青口 貝 小龍蝦 ⋯魚生就 三文魚 金槍魚 北極貝 仲有應該係八爪魚卦⋯沙律區還算多還可以 本人比較喜歡沙律⋯生果就火龍果 蜜瓜 西瓜 仲有一種忘記了⋯ 熱菜區魚塊 （番茄煮 烤 炸）雞（燒味 and 烤）牛（燜 煮）羊（燜 好似係）、潮汕粉粿、牛肉球. 西湯好飲 中湯無去嘗試 現煮烏東係豚肉 無嘗試. 最最最最最不足係 無水吧 . 甜品區 各種朱古力蛋糕 藍莓芝士蛋糕 最好食應該係開心果 有d似金沙朱古力 檸檬撻都可以作為生日餐 覺得有點失落⋯雖然生日有個小蛋糕 但係都係甜品區度黎

          老婆生日諗住食餐好，每人成八百獎蚊，但野食大不如前，差過嗰啲300蚊嘅自助餐。種類少，野食質素低下，剌身雪到味都變晒。而野食價好似係廉價野食咁，完全食唔出係有咁有別於其他餐廳，但收到咁貴。一定唔會再試，各位亦唔好浪費錢去食啲低質野了！仲有，龍蝦變味，即刻放棄唔食。另外，甜品都質素一般，有啲味都怪，完全唔識欣賞。總括嚟講…..真係無一樣可推介，仲要話做緊花膠 promote, 花膠丁屎咁細粒，雖然係俾人試，八百幾蚊又少款，花膠大粒啲都無所謂吧？🤷🏼
