呢間餐廳個位置都好方便,坐巴士落車,大概行3分鐘就會到,地點亦都係大埔超級城,非常方便。特別想提一提嘅係,從來都冇諗過,喺茶餐廳竟然可以食到椒鹽鮑魚。我哋夜晚嚟食飯,叫咗兩款餸。第一個係呢度嘅慢煮咖喱牛腩,咖喱汁唔太辣,但就有幾香嘅甜味,撈落飯食,唔算太大碗,所以亦都唔會太飽。牛腩來講,佢呢度嘅牛腩會偏瘦,對於比較鍾意瘦身嘅朋友來講,可能會較適合。另外就係呢度嘅椒鹽鮑魚, $118一個晚餐,有六舊鮑魚,算係幾驚喜。鮑魚每一舊都連埋鮑魚殼,食落去嘅時候,肉質好好食,一啲都唔軔,外層風沙炸粉,完全將鮑魚嘅香發揮出來。呢個餐仲有湯可以飲,我叫咗個係雜菜湯。食完時,亦都可以加$15食佢嘅芝士蛋糕,芝士蛋糕芝士味都比較濃,算係唔錯。

我哋夜晚嚟食飯,叫咗兩款餸。第一個係呢度嘅慢煮咖喱牛腩,咖喱汁唔太辣,但就有幾香嘅甜味,撈落飯食,唔算太大碗,所以亦都唔會太飽。牛腩來講,佢呢度嘅牛腩會偏瘦,對於比較鍾意瘦身嘅朋友來講,可能會較適合。

另外就係呢度嘅椒鹽鮑魚, $118一個晚餐,有六舊鮑魚,算係幾驚喜。鮑魚每一舊都連埋鮑魚殼,食落去嘅時候,肉質好好食,一啲都唔軔,外層風沙炸粉,完全將鮑魚嘅香發揮出來。

最近見到茶餐廳 2.0 好多地方都開咗分店,今日經過大埔呢間分店就試下佢質素如何。餐牌都有幾多選擇,中式炒粉麵又有、西式意粉焗飯又有、熱辣辣鐵板餐又有,由於未食早餐同午餐,所以叫咗 鐵板 2.0 海陸空雜扒加 $10 蚊配湯及飲品。點咗中湯,中湯係章魚蓮藕節瓜湯,味道又香又濃,拍得住老媽子既水準。👍🏻2.0 海陸空雜扒 ($108) : 呢個雜扒餐非常震撼,十足鐵板巨人餐 🤤 有豬扒、牛扒、雞扒、蝦、煙肉、火腿、西蘭花、四季豆、薯條,超級豐富,鐵板又夠熱 👍🏻 而每款扒都相當大塊,味道又唔差,薯條份量亦好多,性價比唔錯。👍🏻講開鐵板扒自己有個刻骨難忘嘅經歷,永遠都會記得荔枝角金鳳大餐廳,想當年中學生年代,同學仔帶咗我去食,佢話金鳳出名啲扒夠大件,之後大概排咗一小時左右,入到去叫咗一個鐵板牛扒同揀咗薯條做配菜,牛扒上枱後最深刻嘅事情發生咗,成塊鐵板得三條好似手指尾咁幼既薯條,真心笑咗 🤬 加上牛扒根本唔係大塊,而係佢用既牛形鐵板細,所以放上去就覺得好大,而且牛扒用得太多梳打粉導致肉質好淋又無牛味,仲有佢杯飲品先出色,加完大仲少過舊式茶餐廳既啡色膠杯,根本就係搵笨,所以我永久 black

喺大埔區來講早餐嘅選擇的確唔多,因為通常都係大排長龍㗎,呢間Cafe 2.0 佢哋呢個蕃茄牛肉通粉非常好味!湯底好濃郁,好多蕃茄係入面,唔係單純用茄膏開出嚟嘅湯底。而值得一題,就係佢嘅招牌凍咖啡,超級香嘅咖啡味同埋奶味,你嘅味覺會有一大衝擊,如果要食早餐嘅話,呢杯凍啡,係必須要試嘅,不論是否咖啡愛好者,都排介值得一試🥰

最後當然唔可以缺少甜品啦所以都叫咗個心太軟配雪糕。真係估唔到係一間茶餐廳都可以食到西式嘅甜品。真係唔可以睇小呢一間茶餐廳嘅實力,心太軟經過20分鐘之後居然可以呈現一個完美嘅形態,上面搭配雲呢拿雪糕除咗可以令到外層嘅心態遠盡快散熱之外亦都可以將用咗嘅雪糕連埋心太軟一齊食就多咗一層味就唔會剩係得朱古力嘅味👍🏼👍🏼

雖然呢一間並非最傳統嘅茶餐廳但係佢裏面亦都包含晒茶餐廳應該有嘅元素, 然後再結合其他國家嘅美食而形成一個全新嘅茶餐廳餐單,2.0相信就係進化咗嘅意思😏

收咗工返到屋企附近就搵間餐廳舒舒服服坐低食飯突然間好想食小菜小炒今晚約咗朋友去地道的茶餐廳2.0用餐見到餐牌厚厚的仲有我最鍾意的懷舊西式扒餐一共有五款選擇當中還包括有牛油餐包 羅宋湯 及甜品🍮不過朋友想吃特色的小菜套餐我們就揀選了二人套餐都只是$168當中包括有豉汁蒸倉魚加任選小菜一碟小菜都有12款選擇款式夠多元化 正~薑爆霸皇雞面頭鋪滿滿滿的蔥雞肉份量都幾多 而且多肉少骨配以醬汁同香蔥一齊食好入味雞肉比較唸身 😌 大人細路都啱食女士必吃的豉汁蒸倉魚等咗15分鐘有得食了即叫即蒸 遠處都聞到豆豉香魚好大條 而且魚肉好滑溜味道又新鮮鮮甜簡直係撈飯一流之選最後食返碟清炒時菜清一清腸胃飲品方面仲有我最喜歡的凍黑糖鮮草鮮奶涼粉的質感帶點爽滑飲落去香滑又有咬口還點了這裏的皇牌甜品香蕉千層雞蛋仔確實真的千層厚上面還有一個雲呢拿雪糕🍦Mix埋香脆的雞蛋仔一齊食更加滋味還外賣了飲品及甜品回家慢慢吃最後埋單都只係$300有找二人每人平均消費都只是$150相當抵食!

今日簡簡單單去茶餐廳食餐便飯, 茶記有咁嘅質素真係意外驚喜。每個餐都送餐湯,西湯仲要送埋餐包。我叫咗呢個石燒牛鐵板,肉眼扒非常大塊,加上鐵板好熱,一淋啲汁落去就出曬煙,五成熟慢慢燒熟佢就啱啱好,薯條份量都唔少。另外我哋有叫咗呢個蜜豆炒蝦球,蝦球啱啱緊緊熟,火候調節得好好,非常之爽口彈牙,蜜豆亦都真係夠甜。之後叫咗杯乳酸奶昔,大大杯酸酸甜甜仲有啲cream。隨意外係餐本身都有送甜品,可以揀雪糕或者加少少錢換蛋糕我哋就索性叫多個香蕉雪糕雞蛋仔,一上台真係嚇親,非常大份,兩個人食大滿足好食都不但止,更要有良心。推介!

突然懷念老情懷〰️
以前的大大份扒餐好像買少見少,
偶然經過住所附近的「Cafe 2.0」。

今天我想來點港式的茶餐廳…2.0,這一間在大埔超級城A區地下區012 A鋪的一樓茶餐廳是大埔近期新開幕的西式茶餐廳,裏頭有各式各樣的義大利麵、懷舊的牛扒、羊扒等等。用餐後我很推薦喜歡吃西餐或義大利式料理的人。因為我喜歡食牛扒,所以就點了懷舊西餐,蒜茸汁的澳洲牛扒,足足有8盎司大,價位是78HKD,套餐內還加了大餐包與羅宋湯,附茶或咖啡,我個人覺得愛吃肉的人爽度滿百,放牛排的熱鐵板倒入醬汁不時發生滋滋響聲,香味瞬間四溢再升級UP~UP,光是上菜就已經讓我迫不及待想大快朵頤的流口水了。原本還擔心8盎司的牛扒在煎煮的過程是不是容易太老或縮小,想不到吃起來是軟嫩多汁,這個價位的牛扒有這樣品質真的要給高高分,而且店內的出餐速度很快,點完餐大概5分鐘就上完主菜。此外,服務員在用餐中都會不時地詢問用餐的口味合不合胃口? 有沒有需要改進調整的地方? 用餐空間整體我也覺得寬闊舒適,有別於傳統茶餐廳較狹窄的座位空間,因我們還帶了BB一同用餐,所以服務員還很貼心的安排了較空曠的座位讓我們用餐。朋友則是點了香煎帶子黑松露燉飯,搭配羅宋湯,我們還一起點了煙三文魚雜菜凱薩沙律,滿滿的主菜及附餐飲料,一起大概才點了
