To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

The buffet offered a wide selection of dishes catering to diverse tastes. There was an impressive variety of international cuisines, including Asian and Western options. Highlights included the freshly prepared sushi, tender roast meats. The Indian food section was another standout with rich curries and fragrant biryanis bursting with authentic flavors. Additionally, there were self-serve options for soups and salads, allowing guests to customize their plates to their liking. The dessert section was equally impressive with a selection of pastries fresh fruits and a standout feature was the large ice cream fridge filled with an array of flavors to choose from.
The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, providing a moment of relaxation in the middle of a busy airport environment. The staff were attentive and efficient ensuring that tables were quickly cleared and diners were well looked after.
