今次探訪高街,我發現咗一間馬來西亞美食店——巴剎雞飯,性價比驚人,吸引我一試佢哋嘅招牌美食。**巴剎雞撈麵**:呢個菜式絕對係黎到必食嘅選擇。爽脆嘅雞皮配上嫩滑嘅雞肉,每一啖都係滿足感。特別係轉雞髀,啖啖肉嘅享受真係無得頂。撈麵份量足,豬油香氣撲鼻,即使少咗啲醬油,味道仍然足夠濃郁,絕對值得一試。**炭燒沙嗲(6串)**:可以選擇豬、牛、雞,不過可惜嗰日牛肉賣晒,我就揀咗豬肉。用炭火燒嘅方式令沙嗲更加香口,炭香味道特別突出,肉質嫩滑,真係令人回味無窮。**山打根皮蛋餃/酥炸皮蛋餃**:聽過唔少推介,特別叫咗兩款嚟試。兩者各有千秋,酥炸嘅外皮香脆可口,而湯餃入口即溶,皮蛋嘅味道更加突出,肉餡鮮美,皮薄餡多,每一啖都係滿足。**羅漢果龍眼冬瓜茶**:通常只有凍飲,不過今次運氣好,剛煲好嘅熱飲版同樣提供。羅漢果嘅味道濃郁,喝後喉嚨感覺特別舒暢,無論熱天或凍天,都係解渴又養生嘅好選擇。**丹南咖啡**:烘焙香味撲鼻,咖啡醇厚而香濃,甜度恰到好處,每一啖都令人難以忘懷,絕對係咖啡愛好者嘅必試之選。 continue reading

🐔🍚🍃 嚟到呢間唔起眼嘅小店,頭盤就試咗嗰炸皮蛋餃,脆口外皮包裹著唔俗嘅肉餡同那微濃嘅皮蛋香,一啖落去惹味到不得了!炭燒沙爹牛嘅熱嗲嗲嘅串燒就更加令人回味無窮,炭香撲鼻,加上甜鹹鹹嘅沙嗲醬,整個味蕾都活躍咗起嚟。跟住嘅炸肉撈麵,炸肉出奇嘅香口,一絲不苟嘅肉質配上帶着醬油香味嘅麵條,真係相得益彰。不過,最勁嘅肯定係店名同名嘅巴剎雞飯啦,雞肉滑嫩至極,皮薄油閃,再沾上特製青辣醬,辣中帶香,完美!至於飲品,絕對推介嗰杯丹南咖啡,香濃得嚟唔膩口,轉個頭再飲杯清新嘅百香果茶烏龍冷泡茶,消暑提神,順滑咁完美收官。小店喺街頭小館,但諗起嗰份真摰嘅地道味,真係叫人回味無窮啊!下次仲要嚟試埋其他招牌嘅!🤤🥘🌶️ continue reading

今次登上高街,一試呢間性價比高嘅馬來西亞食店巴剎雞撈麵 $58 轉髀+$13爽脆雞皮,嫩滑雞肉,轉雞髀係值得嘅,啖啖肉,撈麵都大碗,豬油味幾香,少返啲醬油都夠味炭燒沙嗲 (6串) $88可自選豬/牛/雞,可惜當日無哂牛,就揀咗豬,串燒用炭燒爐仔送上枱,炭烤令豬肉更香口,風味十足淨皮蛋餃 $46酥炸皮蛋餃 $32睇過食評好多人推介皮蛋餃,特登叫咗兩款試,各有風味,酥炸香口,湯餃皮蛋味較突出,而且肉味亦較鮮,皮薄餡靚,正!羅漢果龍眼冬瓜茶 $22平時只有凍,今次啱啱煲好,所以有和暖版,特濃羅漢果味,飲完喉嚨好舒服丹南咖啡 $22咖啡嘅烘焙味特別香濃,味道醇厚,甜度適中,推介! continue reading

今日同半年冇見嘅friend食飯,朋友喺上環返工,我就喺石塘咀嗰邊返,所以就揀個中間點:西營盤😝呢間巴剎雞飯係食馬拉菜嘅,上網search咗原來「巴剎」係市集咁解。喺市集入面食雞飯,係馬來西亞獨有文化👍🏻我哋兩個人叫咗四樣嘢食。首先上菜嘅係南乳脆雞翼同炭燒沙嗲(豬肉)串燒!雞肉炸得好香好脆口,一份4隻同同行嘅朋友分就剛啱啱好。串燒有個小炭爐烤住上菜,細細個好cute搭配暖暖地嘅羅漢果冬瓜茶,甜甜地可以中和返食煎炸嘢嘅油膩感,又唔怕食太多好熱氣🙊另外嚟到呢度一定要叫呢度主打嘅雞飯啦!雞肉好嫩,一d都唔柴!而且個油飯都好香,可惜我哋食得太慢、放得太耐,個飯本身同附送嘅冬瓜湯都凍咗🥺,新鮮嚟到一定會好食好多!Overall我同朋友都覺得餐廳值得一試,特別係餐廳內一直播住啲00年代嘅廣東歌,餐廳裝潢都有少少舊香港大排檔感,價錢都acceptable,幾啱收工想同朋友簡單食一餐聚舊飯,好食得嚟大家作為小資族又afford到~ continue reading
