To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 做完嘢肚餓，近近地就大家樂啦記得大家樂有提供素食選擇，入去見到有焗素肉醬意粉，試吓先，水準都唔錯打開個錫紙包裝盒，係舖滿晒素肉醬及芝士，配搭幾好，熱騰騰的，意粉雖然冧咗啲，都可以用义匙卷起嚟食，芝士素肉醬味道適中，最好嘅係唔會鹹，最開心係食到最後個錫紙盒底係無乜油，呢個真係好讚。雖然好肚餓，食咗大半已經開始透氣，份量對我個人來說，都好飽肚。有時候食吓呢個意粉都幾好 感恩大家樂保持提供素食選擇，好讓我有得食，唔使周圍搵

我最近在這家餐廳嘗試了魚柳蛋餐，配上鮮奶咖啡。食物水準一般，沒有特別令人驚艷的地方，口味平平。更讓人失望的是服務態度，員工似乎不太熱情，讓用餐體驗變得不愉快。希望他們能改善食品質量和服務態度，這樣才能吸引更多顧客。總體來說，這次的用餐經歷不太理想。

早排去深圳飲過一個店舖嘅鴨屎檸檬茶，覺得味道好好飲，很想再飲番該個味道的檸檬茶，原來而家香港快餐店都有好多唔同嘅飲品，其中也有鴨屎檸檬茶。今日飲咗一杯，覺得味道十分之好，唔太甜又唔會淡，又有茶嘅香味，價錢亦都唔貴，真係夠方便又有好享受。

Decided to have a simple breakfast near my hotel, so I visited the famous chain restaurant cafe de coral. The first impression was that everything felt fast-paced, kinda like Mcdonalds but the HK version. Ordered a simple breakfast with butter spread toast, with a honey-marinated chicken leg with ham and omelette, along with a HK style milk tea. The chicken leg was sweet and delicious, full of flavours. The meat was tender and perfectly cooked. The toast was crispy and warm, which I ate together with the ham and the omelette in a HK fashion. It was a simple meal but a fulfilling one, exactly what I was looking for, given the price tag. Decent restaurant for a cheap and fast meal.

晚了下班，找吃饭的地方选择不多。最后走了去大家乐解决。进去时差不多是九点四十五分了，没多少客人，大部分座位都没有人占用。餐牌的东西不少，但临近打烊，很多菜式都差不多卖完。问了一下收银，最后买了一份海南鸡饭套餐。套餐配油饭，另外还有蕃茄排骨汤和中式茶。鸡件是可以的，除了唯一的鸡翼，其他都是去掉骨头的。入口啖啖肉，吃得也很过瘾。另外，油饭很大碗，带点清看，口味不错。至于蕃茄排骨汤，只能说是很一般。以价格而言，这顿饭不算便宜，但味道是不错的。
