To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 午餐-焗豬扒飯用會員App提前下單,節省等候時間,真方便。今午簡簡單食個一哥焗豬扒飯, 原打算外賣帶回寫字樓享用,但取飯時竟然見到又一城food court有吉位(仲要有靚女在旁),見義勇為的心又出現,一於外賣轉堂食。我口中雖在吃豬扒,但心裏卻一直是在保護身旁的陌生靚女,豬扒在手,眼晴卻在旅行,多謝food court 的安排。

- 大家樂有個外賣快餸組合，揀3款小菜只係💰105 (平時1款小菜套餐平均都要💰60)，另外+💰15仲有兩碗糖水同埋油菜～ 其實呢個組合都幾適合有時放工之後唔想煮飯又唔想食咁貴嘅人👍🏼有時候食平啲都幾開心㗎😉🐖Sweet & sour pork w/ pineapple 菠蘿咕嚕肉 雖然外賣令到咕嚕肉已經過咗一段時間，但係估唔到佢外面層炸衣仲脆😂略嫌有啲咕嚕肉炸衣太厚肉太少，唔係好平均，同埋菠蘿唔多、比較細粒🤏🏻🐟Fried fish fillet w/ corn & scrambled egg sauce 滑蛋粟米魚塊 正常發揮，鹼水味唔會好重，而且可以見到其實魚塊都幾多，share食都夠哂😂🧆Fried pork croquette w/ corn & mushroom 粟米香菇煎肉餅 本身有三塊，不過影之前屋企人已經食咗一塊🥲🙇🏻♀️ 就係大家想像中嘅味道，肉餅唔會好肥，粟米同埋香菇增加咗口感，ok嘅～💜Black glutinous rice w/ coconut milk 椰汁紫米露 推薦大家加$15叫呀🥺真係好好飲，好足料，除咗紫米之外仲有唔少芋頭粒，而且唔會太甜，連一向唔鍾意食甜野嘅母親大人都話好飲🙆🏻♀·

这个大家乐，在又一城顶楼的一个档口里，需要提前去占位置，然后再去点餐，我这回看到的是一份鱼柳虾堡黑椒汁忌廉汤的组合餐，我就点了一波儿，不过没想到它带小碗芝士焗饭和白洋葱，个人觉得，白洋葱的洋葱味，盖过了鱼柳和虾堡本身的味道。

大家樂嘅午餐荷葉飯。價錢係37蚊。我叫左一杯熱檸茶，有4片檸檬。我覺得太多了。因為個紙杯大約8cm 高。可能因為疫情關係，堂食都會提供即棄餐具。飯入面有蝦米、冬菇、豬肉粒。飯嘅溫度夠暖，但係啲蛋絲有啲凍。將啲蛋絲撈埋啲飯一齊食就會夠暖。我食完之後都相當之飽。Food court 嘅燈光有小小暗。啲枱櫈都算乾淨。執枱嘅人員執得幾密。

我記得通常去大家樂食嘅焗豬扒飯都係唔錯嘅，今次又去到又一城嘅food Court，成日食譚仔同pepper lunch都有啲厭，就買個大家樂焗豬扒飯食啦。但唔知係咪因為呢個係喺food court入面嘅大家樂，個焗豬扒飯感覺好唔同。個炒飯底好似冇炒過咁，塊豬扒好薄好細塊，明明平時嗰啲都冇咁薄。個汁嘅味道就差唔多嘅。不過諗諗吓下次食大家樂焗豬扒飯都係唔好喺food court食啦。
