To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近見到大家樂賣咖哩的新廣告,實在不堪入目到一個點,不過其焗飯向來都是有水準的。今次小人試的乃是龍蝦汁珍寶魚柳焗飯。擺盤就是一條魚柳加一兜焗飯,簡單直接。先說魚柳,不是說笑,勁長勁大條,真的足有一呎長!而且魚肉不是很薄,亦有一定厚度。炸層未算十分厚,脆脆的夠香口,食完也沒有壓迫的油膩感。魚肉沒有雪味,是合格的。至於龍蝦汁焗飯就是一貫的美味焗飯;龍蝦汁味道夠濃,份量亦多,足夠佐完整兜焗飯。果然是焗飯界的一哥,是焗豬飯的另外一個好選擇。
