To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我喺這家市值嘅食堂,試咗佢哋嘅黑椒牛肉炒薯角,牛肉入口頓時感受到肉質鮮嫩嘅口感,滿嘴牛肉嘅甜味與黑椒粒嘅微辣,稱得上是個平衡嘅組合🥩。而且,啲黑椒顆顆分明,每一啖都能嚼出新鮮嘅香氣,的確係家常美食中的小確幸。但係,炒得滋滋嘶嘶嘅薯角,油花有少少多,要係炸得少啲油就更加好味!至於佢哋嘅人參燉雞湯,就真係一個滿滿暖意嘅驚喜😊。湯底清透,飲落去感覺身體都舒服啲。嘅燉料,由蟲草花到雞肉再到人參,每樣都加得恰到好處,飲得出材料嘅新鮮同心思。唔得唔提,個濃茶就有啲多餘,跟完呢個清新嘅湯,我都唔係好想再飲什麼嘢咁濃嘅茶嘅🍵。再講吓燒鴨瀨加熱奶茶,燒鴨味美肉香,燶得滿滿碗,冇得輸。雖然瀨粉略感林林,但湯頭清甜,加個平常喝得嗰款香滑奶茶,真係別有一番風味。總括嚟講,若你想揾個熟悉又平實嘅下午飯局,呢度絕對係個唔錯嘅選擇。食物平民化,味道家常,雖然有起有跌,但整體嚟講都算得上係抵食同溫暖人心嘅選擇。

又到食飯時間,今次想食 "齋" 一點, 一於揀些清淡口味的, 一於在大家樂的點餐機慢慢揀, 見到有個特別飯餐 "鷹咀豆麻婆豆腐紅米炒飯餐" ,就試下,配一杯凍奶茶,收費$51用紅米炒飯,粒粒飯香,但又不會覺硬,感覺幾健康。

美孚冇乜好食😋,見大家樂最多人排就跟住排,成10個人,排到出面欄杆轉彎再排,排排下唔對路,原來右邊可以😌八達通自助購票或apps買,不過apps login咗好耐都唔得,最後成功apps買到咖喱🍛牛三寶飯($53)+凍鴛鴦少冰($10)+溫泉♨️蛋($4)=$67。Apps㩒咗就喺個位度等。咖喱🍛牛三寶飯,咖喱🍛夠辣,牛三寶分唔出邊三寶,第一次加埋溫泉♨️蛋落咖喱🍛飯到食,感覺唔錯。凍鴛鴦冇乜味

晌屋企附近呢一家「大家樂」最常嚟嘅時間喺星期六嚟食早餐,下午茶就相對少。同朋友行完山,本身就食過下午茶,老婆就即興話都想食番個下午茶,所以,返到嚟美孚時幫佢上「大家樂」睇睇。 其實,大家樂嘅下午茶餐都有幾多選擇,影完下午茶嘅選擇俾佢,佢就一眼睇中啲雞翼茶餐,原因喺標明用咗麥蘆卡蜜糖,立時好似高級咗好多,加上佢都幾鍾意食燒雞翼。 特色雞翼、豉油皇炒麵 $29結果,佢就揀咗雞翼配炒麵,杯熱奶茶就醒我嘅。隻雞全翼都幾夠大隻,燒得又幾香喎,試我就無試喇,都喺老婆獨享,佢就話香口好食,確喺有陣陣蜜糖香,而炒麵我就黐咗幾啖試試,亦算喺唔錯,有豉油香味,唔喺好油,都算爽身,無話黐埋一嚿嚿,整體嚟講,佢就話好啱食。熱奶茶沖得都有一手,雖未及茶記嘅好,至少茶底夠芳香。嚟快餐店食嘢有樣好,就喺無論早、午、茶、晚市,不時都有啲新嘢,如果落茶記食下午茶,通常嚟嚟去去都喺嗰三幾款咁囉!
