To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 晨咁早入屯門寶田邨,發覺寶田邨係無乜嘢食,就同朋友過隔離良景廣場食早餐,去咗大家樂,算係穩穩陣陣的選擇,而家大家樂早餐啲價錢高咗好多,啲配搭又唔似餐廳,又唔似茶餐廳,唯一好處就唔使等位。睇咗幾轉餐牌終於決定到食甚麼,其他真係唔多啱食,就叫咗兩個中式早餐,相對豐富,有皮蛋瘦肉粥,粥好綿滑以粉開,不過好食就得。炒麵夠味,麵質就普通,加甜醬好食啲,蘿蔔糕有一條條蘿蔔,仲有粒燒賣同迷你油炸鬼,味道係正常,只係豐富咗個早餐同多樣嘢食。

尋日去咗大家樂嗌咗個叉燒四寶飯🍛。呢個四寶飯包括叉燒、紅腸、雞翼同埋半隻滷蛋,加埋翠綠嘅小白菜,睇落好豐富😋。首先講叉燒,雖然唔係最頂級嘅,但都算有肉汁,唔會太乾。紅腸切得厚薄適中,口感唔錯,味道偏甜🍬,同白飯配埋一齊食幾好味。至於炆雞翼,軟腍得嚟唔會過腍,調味適中,啖啖肉汁,真係好滿足。滷蛋切開半隻,蛋黃係半熟,滷水味道滲入蛋白,幾有層次感🥚。飯底係白飯,煮得啱啱好,唔會過硬亦唔會太糯,配埋上面嘅餸菜,食落去好有口感。小白菜亦唔錯,保持咗爽脆嘅口感,同油膩嘅肉類形成咗對比,食落去唔會覺得太膩😌。整體嚟講,呢個叉燒四寶飯係一個唔錯嘅選擇,價錢合理,味道唔錯,份量亦都夠飽,會推薦俾鍾意食叉燒飯嘅朋友們👍。

午餐到大家樂食,居然出左我最喜歡的鴛鴦炒飯,仲要37元包飲品,仲要仲要包杯低糖綠茶喎!好抵食呀!不過飲落都唔係低糖架啦!對我黎講岩岩好,唔會無糖咁唔好飲。衣家想食鴛鴦炒飯就連去酒樓都唔係咁易食到架!唔知大家樂係咪玩經典酒樓風呢!兩種口味既沖激感真係好正呀!😂而另一款就係金菇肉絲燴伊麵,衣兩款都係細個時去飲茶午餐必點之食。

之前一直都有食開大家樂既TEA SET,因為佢地既TEA SET有好多CHOICE,有燒味瀨粉,西多士,炸雞髀,公仔麵等等。而且價錢方面唔貴,都係HKD$30 - 40就有交易。見今日8號風球,又好耐未食過大家樂TEA SET就諗住再食返一餐。點知...水準已經下降了。首先講講個主打炸雞髀先,以前都好好食架,雞肉滑又多肉汁,不過今次就炸到好乾,又冇乜肉汁,同埋D肉都好「鞋」啦。西多士都係呀,冇左脆口既感覺,得返笠口既感覺。但係值得一讚既係凍檸檬茶,個茶底可以話係VERY GOOD。

6月5日晚經過良景,見好耐無幫襯大家樂,諗住去睇吓佢有咩新茶式,點知衹得燒味、鐵板、焗飯和湯飯,當下都好失望,但因唔想周圍搵野食,就入去點咗個諗住會好穩陣嘅(脆爆燒肉四寶飯),第一啖食嘅燒肉衹覺好咸😣😫然後覺得好韌😑,佢話嘅----(脆爆)去咗邊?而其他如紅腸和雞翼都係得勁咸!連嗰半邊咸蛋都係乾淨淨!🤨咁我點食呢?而我老公嗰碗鴨腿湯飯,D鴨腿勁鞋😟熱檸檬水面有層油點飲🙄🤨以後打死都唔會再去幫襯!!😤
