To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 尋日去咗大家樂嗌咗個叉燒四寶飯🍛。呢個四寶飯包括叉燒、紅腸、雞翼同埋半隻滷蛋,加埋翠綠嘅小白菜,睇落好豐富😋。首先講叉燒,雖然唔係最頂級嘅,但都算有肉汁,唔會太乾。紅腸切得厚薄適中,口感唔錯,味道偏甜🍬,同白飯配埋一齊食幾好味。至於炆雞翼,軟腍得嚟唔會過腍,調味適中,啖啖肉汁,真係好滿足。滷蛋切開半隻,蛋黃係半熟,滷水味道滲入蛋白,幾有層次感🥚。飯底係白飯,煮得啱啱好,唔會過硬亦唔會太糯,配埋上面嘅餸菜,食落去好有口感。小白菜亦唔錯,保持咗爽脆嘅口感,同油膩嘅肉類形成咗對比,食落去唔會覺得太膩😌。整體嚟講,呢個叉燒四寶飯係一個唔錯嘅選擇,價錢合理,味道唔錯,份量亦都夠飽,會推薦俾鍾意食叉燒飯嘅朋友們👍。
