To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日晚餐唔知食咩好，行行下就見到大家樂，不如就入去食返個DINNER啦，首先，我揀左個中餐，呢個餐有係有一個燒味(叉燒&油雞)，最重要就係佢有個老火湯，個湯真係非常之唔錯足料夠火喉，仲有叉燒都好入味油雞都勁好味。之後仲据返個扒先，塊扒如圖所見，個SIZE完完全全係LARGE SIZE，成塊面咁大呀，加埋個扒汁 JER JER聲真係好正。個扒餐仲有一個酥皮湯作為配搭，個酥皮湯個酥皮非常香口，不論係獨立食還是浸湯食都好，都係好味。係大家樂食到一個咁好食既DINNER，真係俾足100分啦。

如標題所述，平靚正既嘢係絕無僅有，有最前既一個形容詞，多數就無後兩項。今次既平價午餐之選有葡國雞飯- 色水唔錯，但實際上隻汁無味。- 唔知點解，我覺得飯既配菜好難食。- 肉既比例奇低- 奶茶太甜間鋪多鳥英，而且飯枱附近周圍都有回收餐盤的回收點，呢點實會有d影響。

Lunch時間又到公司附近搵野食。好耐都冇食過瀨粉，而坊間亦少有瀨粉食...大家樂係滿足到呢個食瀨粉既願望o既....可惜..希望愈大失望愈大...湯鹹。叉燒鞋。講完😑😑

呢個早餐只能用無味黎形容，蘿蔔糕質地夠淋，但係完全冇味，又煎得唔夠香同蒸冇乜分別，個雪菜肉絲米粉，又係完全冇味，米粉又少又硬，啲湯就水汪汪咁，杯奶茶又冇茶味，差差差！

話說一年前，我曾就這裡的炸雞脾，留下了喊臉。一年後的今天，因為懶的走到茶餐廳買雞脾沙津，看到這裡的開價跟茶餐廳同價，再加上最近數次消費經驗尚算OK，就再給一次機會。一隻炸雞脾+ZERO一杯，$27。不過剛巧午茶時段開始，等候人潮多，如是者，等了十分鐘才拿到食物回家。所以今次拿到的雞脾，算是「即叫即炸」的。雞脾大小OK，剛炸好的雞脾熱辣辣，沒有像上次多餘的炸粉，外皮炸的鬆脆，內裡雞肉算是嫰滑，亦沒有炸不熟的情況，調味略淡，加上自家椒鹽，味道變的剛好。或者這樣說，我很幸運拿到剛炸好的雞脾，應該沒有難吃的理由吧﹖
