To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說一年前,我曾就這裡的炸雞脾,留下了喊臉。一年後的今天,因為懶的走到茶餐廳買雞脾沙津,看到這裡的開價跟茶餐廳同價,再加上最近數次消費經驗尚算OK,就再給一次機會。一隻炸雞脾+ZERO一杯,$27。不過剛巧午茶時段開始,等候人潮多,如是者,等了十分鐘才拿到食物回家。所以今次拿到的雞脾,算是「即叫即炸」的。雞脾大小OK,剛炸好的雞脾熱辣辣,沒有像上次多餘的炸粉,外皮炸的鬆脆,內裡雞肉算是嫰滑,亦沒有炸不熟的情況,調味略淡,加上自家椒鹽,味道變的剛好。或者這樣說,我很幸運拿到剛炸好的雞脾,應該沒有難吃的理由吧﹖
