To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 選了新產品:牛角包早餐($17)。有一客「火腿鮮菜全麥牛角包」、少許「無糖脆粟米片」、一中碗「牛奶麥皮」,飲品選了「即磨咖啡」。全麥牛角包口感清怡,少一分油膩。火腿鮮菜相當新鮮濕潤,咬得到相當的水分和濕度。牛奶麥皮偏濃稠,不是人人受得了。附帶的一小盒「無糖脆粟米片」,灑在麥皮上,感覺怪怪。令人想起配吃廣東粥用的薄脆!!!個人認為:這兒的「即磨咖啡」還是差些什麼?總覺得不合口味!題外話:清晨六時半抵港,乘機鐵到香港站,再轉計程車到灣仔。把行李放置在辦公室,再跑到附近的大家樂,才不過八時而已,好一個客運便利的亞洲國際都會!

前言:下午趕住九龍開會,在這兒來個快速午餐。十二點九,全場爆滿,人頭湧湧。食物和評語:棄馳名「一哥焗豬」,試其「$27 兩餸客飯」,再加上$5 地鐵現金卷,只需要$22 而巳!是日只有三款餸以供選擇:三色蒸水蛋、鹹魚雞粒豆腐、蘿蔔牛腩。配白飯和熱飲或餐湯。餸選了蒸水蛋拼鹹魚雞粒豆腐。。長方形食物盤,有兩方格是餸,一長方格是白飯。蒸水蛋顏色相當黃,說不定加入了色素有一小片皮蛋,無論皮蛋、鹹蛋、還是雞蛋味道,統統吃不出!說白一點,好似吃緊無豆味的豆腐!至於所謂鹹魚雞粒豆腐更可怕!約一湯匙的蒸鹹魚雞肉餅配以半片無味的布包豆腐,就連豉油都是唔鹹的!白飯偏濕,糊糊的,相當災難的一餐!餐飲點了熱「即磨咖啡」,要求少奶,仍覺味淡,難飲!雖然有$5 現金卷,只需$22 便有兩個餸、白飯和熱飲一杯,看似相當便宜,但食物質素壓根兒就是「唔放得入口食」!大概短期內都唔會再光顧此分店。

對那麵有補充:我是要素菜麵,有開邊草菇,冬菇絲,蝦米和大白菜,混合起來湯有自然鮮味.值得推薦!下星期在太古城再試,希望該店人流夠,小籠包更有水準.

今晨追蹤大魔怪,8:45便在這裡吃早餐鮮魚麵套餐:魚麵+叉燒餡餅+小籠包魚麵: 好爽口,但不彈牙(粉多魚少)叉燒餡餅:有點像壓扁了的叉燒酥很香口OK小籠包:幾精緻,皮不算厚,但有點韌,因為不夠熱,希望是因星期日早上人流不夠去貨慢
