To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日行完山，夜晚便來這裡，本來想食佢o既蝦球蘑菇意，但黃金時間去都話冇，有點失望。於是用地鐵coupon買了一個肥牛雜錦火窩，同老公share。都幾好味啦，不過我有點不夠飽，嘻!成隻船最好味係潮州魚蛋同魚麵。另外佢送果碟醬油，側面一格係類似酸甜醬，不過偏黃色，都好得。見幾多人叫香蕉船鐵板餐，個甜品就係香蕉加雪糕，好似好靚咁。老老話我好似細路仔，明明自己食飽o左，但見人地食其他又恨。^.^

終於試了個鐵板餐$37)加了6元飲楊枝甘露冰意大利牛肝菌蘑菇湯:真係仲差過金x罐頭湯,又細碗.焗薯:有蛋沙律,味道一般紐西蘭香草西冷扒:呢個幾好味,個燒汁都唔差,個蕃茄好大個, 但可能係塊版樹大熱,個頂有點雪糕香蕉船:個雲呢拿雪糕同條香蕉好夾,如果大家樂有齋呢個賣都幾好呀!加錢的楊枝甘露冰好唔掂,好水汪汪,又沒有以前咁好飲,西柚又有點苦,冰又多,下次試過第二款cool cool冰

食咗個沙樂美腸芝士肉醬意粉,其實只係好普通既肉醬意粉,又冇芝士味!而且d意粉煮熟後冇隔乾水,食到底成碟水汪汪...沙樂美腸味道幾好,不過只有好薄好薄既3小塊加2蚊要左杯雪糕紅豆冰,質素好過個意粉好多呀~甜度適中,d紅豆又好淋~正!!笑臉同分數係俾紅豆冰架~

今天試了新出的龍蝦汁海鮮意粉（＄３１），加２元飲cool cool 冰,楊枝甘露味.意粉好多,好大碟,送有西蘭花幾舊,少量粟米,蟹柳,墨魚,一隻蝦.三塊魚,唔知一樣是甚麼東西.個汁極之少,都唔夠撈意粉.同埋真係食唔覺有甚麼龍蝦味呢??因為即製,所以都要等10-15分鐘,同埋好夠熱的.楊枝甘露冰,今次少了點芒果,多點便更好了

因為妹妹同事俾了10元現金券.今晚決定去呢度開餐\.粟米肉粒飯$19)係用一個有耳仔的碗裝住,都有好多汁,有粟米和紅蘿蔔.汁好多用來撈飯都幾多呀!還有,碟飯確實很大碟.食完好飽.加了8.5飲cool cool冰,楊枝甘露,好味.不過以前好飲點服務都唔错,等的其間係會有茶飲.

今晚與媽一起食一個鐵板餐($36)焗酥皮粟米魚翅湯+ 鵝肝醬西冷鐵板餐(牛油鵝肝醬‧西冷扒‧美國焗薯),再加白飯一碗,兩個女士都夠的, 但比起以前好似少了份量. 味道依然好味!牛扒夠霖!今晚好多人呀!有些食燒味, 有些食火, 有些好似我地咁食鐵板!不過比起龍翔中心, 新蒲崗那間, 都係至愛去呢間。

北京酒樓的餘波,飽到乜都唔想食.但係總唔能夠一d野都唔食,路過大家樂,見有tea食.食少少咁啦要左一個蘋果雞堡下午茶餐.有一個栗子紅豆包,比一個麻糬大dd.個包係熱架,有d估唔到.而且都幾軟熟.個栗子紅豆餡都ok,不太甜.蘋果雞堡,老老實實我就食唔到蘋果味,亦都見不到佢0既踪影.呢個就ok啦.係用左雞來代替牛0既漢堡.奄列,個樣好肉酸下.而且煎到好老.硬硬地.不過我最鍾意佢個菜餡,心理因數覺得健康d免治牛肉米通粉.可能我是買外賣的關係,有d林林地.不過個蕃茄湯幾好味.要左杯凍檸茶,total$20.真係好抵.
