To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 行過入去食個下午茶。嗌左個J2 餐- 炸雞脾配西多士。 可見圖片，炸雞脾又膿又硬，攞明炸過龍。廚師個炸爐理應可以set時間，為何會炸到咁呢？ 似定係隔夜雞髀再返炸。繼而係個西多，放上牛油，完全無反應，溶都吾溶下。用手摸吓塊西多士，凍冰冰既。即刻同counter講，叫佢換個份。點知換完出嚟，塊西多係暖咗少少，隻雞髀係冇換過。終於明白點解咁多連鎖店執笠，我都希望佢哋快啲執笠，既然無心廚，那就不用做，浪費消費者嘅錢，影響社會質素。

疫情期間都會經常到呢間大家樂，記憶中都唔錯的。今日路過就去食個早餐，感覺大不如前！柴魚花生豬骨粥非常稀，蘿蔔糕好似隔夜番煎咁，個炒麵唔講以為幾碟食剩嘅撈埋一齊㖭，杯奶茶亦非常一般 ⋯⋯另外，發覺啲座位都非常污糟，油立立，清潔姨姨又會喺你食嘢期間用難聞嘅漂白水拖地，唔怪之得早餐啲繁忙時間都仲有咁多吉位⋯⋯總括而言，冇下次了！P.s. 去其他大家樂嘅質素都還可以，唯獨呢間攪得特別差，估計係個別管理問題⋯⋯⋯

今日11點才去大家樂買早餐，可以早午餐一齊吃，慳番一餐。我買左L12號餐，有一大塊鷄扒+2條火腿腸+一碗雪菜肉絲米粉，再加一塊牛油多士，一杯即磨意大利咖啡。鷄扒很厚切，味道一般，但雪菜肉絲米幾好味，喜歡雪菜的咸香，肉絲也很嫩滑，味道剛剛好！咖啡也是很香濃！👍👍這個早餐份量十足，價錢$44文，吃完太飽了！

蝦非常之甜，但不算大。金蠔肥美沒有腥味。燒鴨嘅皮唔算脆，但也燒得香口。白切雞非常之滑嫩。鮑魚唔算大隻，但也夠彈牙。裡面仲有髮菜，冬菇，芋頭，魚蛋。呢個價錢可以有咁多嘢食，都算抵食。

整體體驗好差 一個餐大概係40到60蚊左右質素麻麻地啲嘢食嘅質素一般算啦 重點係個收銀員嘅態度仲十分之惡劣一開始去嗌嘢食嘅時候個收銀員就好不耐煩成日催我我都唔係嗌咗幾耐啫以後永遠都唔會幫襯呢間大家樂寧願去食大快活算啦希望可以改善下啲收銀員嘅態度啲收銀員全部都係嗰啲大媽見到都想嘔服務態度又差希望可以炒咗個收銀員繼續留佢喺度 只會令到其他食客越來越不喜歡呢間餐廳我冇特別唔鍾意大家樂 只係唔鍾意呢這大媽收銀員希望可以改進
