To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚到彩雲分店吃了一餐生平最難吃的牛扒,所點的是芝士牛扒餐,大家可想像牛扒用清水烚至四成熟再煎之後客人再淋上黑椒汁,這份芝士牛扒幸好有芝士少許咸味及黑椒汁的味牛扒本身就根本毫毛肉味,伴飯的醬汁亦太甜,還有奇怪的汁醬兜同放鐵板上,請問客人怎拿起灼熱的金屬食具呢?以住在貴品牌吃早餐或雞扒給了一份信心,但今次的經驗令人太太失望.

堂食明明勁多位，我地見人少先2人坐4人座，更甚者有人1人坐4人卡位。個經理咁嘅人明蝦人，趕走我地入裡面坐2人座。入到去發現隔離成行4人座都係2個人坐，姐係恰我地後生，玩野姐。阿叔阿姨就唔敢趕，後生就要比人蝦。服務態度勁差，又唔係繁忙時間，叫佢執台叫左3次。
