To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 近日造訪了意樂餐廳，遺憾的是整體用餐體驗不盡如人意。我點選了一份 58 元的午市套餐，內含香草雞扒滑蛋蓋飯及檸檬水。雞扒的處理令人失望 - 份量偏少且切片過薄，最關鍵是火候掌控欠佳，以致表面過度焦黑。這樣的烹調方式不僅影響了口感，更使雞肉本身的鮮美盡失，並且有苦味，搭配的滑蛋雖然口感尚可，但難以彌補主菜的不足。無論是出品水準還是性價比都有待提升。建議餐廳在食材選用、烹飪技法以及飲品調配上多加用心，相信必能提供更令食客滿意的餐飲體驗。

今晚到彩雲分店吃了一餐生平最難吃的牛扒,所點的是芝士牛扒餐,大家可想像牛扒用清水烚至四成熟再煎之後客人再淋上黑椒汁,這份芝士牛扒幸好有芝士少許咸味及黑椒汁的味牛扒本身就根本毫毛肉味,伴飯的醬汁亦太甜,還有奇怪的汁醬兜同放鐵板上,請問客人怎拿起灼熱的金屬食具呢?以住在貴品牌吃早餐或雞扒給了一份信心,但今次的經驗令人太太失望.
