To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 見佢啱啱裝修完，之前食嚟食去都係附近果幾間餐廳，就打算叫個早餐外賣返屋企食完就返工啦點知個外賣等左35分鐘都未出到，大佬啊，人地堂食嘅遲過我出現，都已經有位坐而且食咗一半，門口有成6-7個人都係等緊外賣嘅但都係出咗堂食先？而且個漢堡扒咸到好似直接啪鹽入口咁食完個漢堡扒，之後食塊午餐肉對比起上嚟係完全無咸味嘅好地地一間餐廳嘅食物品質裝修完竟然比裝修前差？希望之後可以改善啦，因為附近就真係得嗰幾間餐廳，住起果頭真係焗食果幾間⋯⋯

係商場隨便搵嘢食，本來以為係普通餐廳，點知食落都幾有驚喜 跟餐都會有湯，有紅湯同白湯揀，果陣無晒紅湯得返白湯餐具好可愛啊!!湯入面有栗米、紅蘿蔔、蘑菇，都幾足料 和風黑椒豬扒炒讚岐烏冬 $72幾有鑊氣，烏冬好份味但又唔會炒到太淋或者太乾身雞扒煎到好香，皮都好脆口 鐵板芝士盛薈 $95配黑椒汁、薯菜，跟餐凍飲+$3嗌咗凍特濃朱古力 有豬扒、雞扒、脆皮芝士腸、煙肉中上嘅什扒，不過咩都有得食好滿足，同埋加咗芝士好特別薯條好脆好好食 跟主食再加咗一份半融芝士炸雞 +$32 實物有小小奇貌不揚，但食落真係有驚喜芝士好濃，炸雞好脆口好好味食到最後都仲係熱焫焫! 裝修都好靚好特別，座位都多不過就相對比較窄，依度差小小平日夜晚都好多人坐滿晒上菜都算快，係鐵板同埋焗飯類就要等耐小小

今晚走咗去一間小店食晚飯，勁滿足呀！首先講下佢個檸檬燒雞，皮脆肉嫩，酸酸甜甜嘅檸汁，真係好夾！未食過咁入味嘅燒雞，真係食到指尖油油哋呀。再講講部海南雞飯，雞肉滑溜溜，飯香得滯，同埋有份小小嘅辣椒醬，正宗嘅kick！每一口都爽口得嚟，真係系每個buddy都啱食！中間休息咗下，食嗰碗充滿香茅氣嘅越式牛肉河，重點係啲牛肉，腍滑得嚟又唔老，食落去有嚼勁亦都好入味。份量都好慷慨，飲完碗湯，整個人都暖笠笠。最後甜品就係杏仁豆腐，甜得嚟又唔膩，清新得嚟過癮！整體黎講分分中都好抵食，平民價錢但係享受到好正嘅一餐。下次仲想再試佢哋嘅香煎肋眼牛扒，睇落都幾吸引！😋🍴👍
