To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上菜都算快,係鐵板同埋焗飯類就要等耐小小
中間休息咗下,食嗰碗充滿香茅氣嘅越式牛肉河,重點係啲牛肉,腍滑得嚟又唔老,食落去有嚼勁亦都好入味。份量都好慷慨,飲完碗湯,整個人都暖笠笠。
最後甜品就係杏仁豆腐,甜得嚟又唔膩,清新得嚟過癮!整體黎講分分中都好抵食,平民價錢但係享受到好正嘅一餐。下次仲想再試佢哋嘅香煎肋眼牛扒,睇落都幾吸引!😋🍴👍
這間食店裝修格局昏暗, 感覺上似濕漉漉, 霉霉地.
而且, 入面的侍應顧客服務水平勁差. 當個個食客都沒有大聲交談時, 侍應卻互相交談喧嘩. 落單沒有一句多謝, 上菜擺低就走, 一點都不像餐廳的格局, 已經變成茶餐廳. 上菜唔夠位就直接隊食客食緊的碗筷, 上錯菜沒有道歉不特止, 上手食客攪過的餐, 也依舊送去下手食客台上食口水尾. 衛生情況可想而知.
講返食物質素, 首先上的是湯, 然後就等好耐, 都無其他菜上. 湯就係粟米忌廉湯, 份量得一半, 結身, 好似食粟米粥咁.
第2道菜係西蘭花, 但焗到出黑焦.
第3道菜係炸雞...碎, 衰過食麥樂雞, 幾十蚊連肉都無, 最多就係用來炸的麵粉.
第4道菜牛柳粒變牛筋粒.
結論就係搵笨.
先泥個湯但係唔熱😖心諗個朳都唔方好味得去邊啦🤨

個朳有驚喜、牛朳好味肉汁鮮嫩⋯朱朳肉質林滑一D都晤韌⋯正😋😋平時食果D朳肉已經「拿到」冇乜肉味但泥個唔會,除咗個湯唔熱之外(為有拎番屋企丁番熱佢先飲啦⋯⋯本來想叫整番熱佢,但係🤨都係拎返屋企好啲!
下次可以試埋個豬手😋😋
諗咗好耐,我揀咗一個黑椒牛柳粒配飯,首先落咗單大約3分鐘已經有嘢食,我加左$12有個黑松露蘑菇湯,好好飲,黑松露味道足,仲有細細粒嘅蘑菇粒, 味道濃郁,忌廉味都好夠。
跟住好快就上咗我個主菜,個飯食咗一陣都仲係熱辣辣係咁出煙,黑椒汁有微微辣,瓜菜煮得夠林, 同埋份量絕對夠送飯,最重要嘅牛柳好軟,唔怕咬唔到,亦都唔太肥。
接着就是同伴的咖喱牛腩飯,咖喱味好正,牛腩又係好夠林,啲薯仔又煮得林好好食, 同之前食過嘅質量都係一樣,水準保持得好好。
我哋另外仲嗌左個momo Pizza,九吋大,入邊有溫泉蛋, 肉醬,芝士,蘑菇,洋蔥,雞肉,個組合都幾特別, 又意外地覺得幾好食。Pizza底唔厚, 邊邊脆的, 芝士同其他材料都好豐富, 唔會話切完特別有邊一塊唔夠材料。
