To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 黎到慢煮秘製咖喱雞珍珠飯,味道好夾心,珍珠飯彈牙,咖喱汁香濃得黎唔會過辣,但我就覺得佢可以再大方啲汁啦,咁樣嘅秘製味道真係可以多啲唔會嫌得住!
成個午餐過程中,最出彩要數蒜蓉牛油多士,厚切香脆,蒜香撲鼻,每一啖都係幸福感!而家諗返起啲咖啡同奶茶,舒服得滯,沖淡啲食物嘅油膩感。實話實說,來到這間餐廳,從食物質素到坐得舒服度都實在唔錯,下次邊有心情低落,黎意樂搵食,保証心情大好!🥘🍟🍝
另外杯嘢飲係柚子梳打?超級酸!為加咗一半水都仲係好酸。 整體佢其他餐都係好好食嘅今日

但見到宣傳餐牌煙熏鴨胸意大利湯麵茶餐好似幾正🤩咪叫碗試吓!
最緊係要加必食“半熟蛋”😍呢個集團有多個不同餐廳但相同是“蛋”間間都咁正!額外多叫了杯特飲(影漏)
意大利“湯”麵真要試吓?!其實我也很希望西式麵條可放入湯,不謀而合🤝
不負所望😋!很快有得吃,大大碗,2大塊煙熏鴨胸油香四溢,外小小焦脆,內肉質有咬口但又唔會太實,濃淡適中茄湯,麵條軟硬適中.
最happy扑穿“半熟蛋”沾上蛋汁一起吃😍perfect!
諗住趙完鬆,但見收銀枱空空無人,又要等俾$,可是收銀員也是氣沖沖趕到,鞋口鞋面,唔好意思要等咁耐都無句?!只顧收$!收完$多謝都無句,撇得總快過你,走去do其他嘢,彩你都儍!
