我們一家人去完一整天遠足,身體開始疲勞。剛好乘港鐵回家經過商場尋找食肆,無心插柳下找到一間似曾相識的餐廳。它的名字十分特別,「書湘門第」。當然是吃湖南菜為主的中式餐館,當中還有川、雲南、上海菜合一可供選擇。這個詞語的後半部份令我想起內部採用古代書室為主調的建築風格,更是一部現代都市題材著名的中國電視劇。門外還有古代釀酒桶,人力車上還放著川劇表演用的面譜及牆上寫上一副與餐廳名字為題的紅色對聯,有點「迎客」的感覺。正門的入口面積較其他的中式餐館的為廣闊,一進去前方不遠處的收銀台背後木櫃更整齊放置了多瓶著名中國酒及西洋酒的瓶子,如茅台、干邑等。內部的天花板是多格以三角砌成的幾何形狀木板,中間更懸掛著多個燈籠,把整間餐廳的燈光調整到跟外面的相約,更能營造柔和的氣氛,增加顧客的食欲。從中間的部份各窗戶方向望出外,更有一道透明的巨型屏風分開。後面近窗的一邊感覺較內部的大相逕庭,雖然燈光較暗,優勝之處能看到牆上的國畫,化身為一間藝術館。當中還有一間專門為貴賓而設的豪華廳房,更是全場唯一一張大圓桌。部份餐牌的設計與眾不同,它是用一本古代的書籍為外殼,內面的紙張以古代繪畫國畫的宣紙以針線串聯而成的,可說

部份餐牌的設計與眾不同,它是用一本古代的書籍為外殼,內面的紙張以古代繪畫國畫的宣紙以針線串聯而成的,可說是一本珍貴的寶藏。我們點了幾道未曾嚐過的全新菜式,鐵板炒粉絲,它是以燒熱的鐵板加上少量雞蛋及一大團川式粗粉絲為食材。像一座鐵板上的金字塔,賣相非常吸引。加熱後的雞蛋充滿一股蛋香味,粉絲口感柔韌及爽滑,跟一條橡皮圈彈性,再配上少量紅辣椒進食跟韓式的粉絲般沒有大分別
接著品嚐海鮮菜式,鹽水鴨,把它浸泡鹽水約10小時。鴨肉的脂肪及肉質分佈平均,跟另一道蘇杭菜冷盤小食之一的鎮江水晶肉幾分相近。配合它本身的鹹海水味道,有點先苦後甜的感覺; 鹹蛋軟殼蟹,先把白色粉漿加上鹹蛋混合而成塗上生蟹的表面上。再以滾油高速炸至外殼金黃色,一咬下去一股類似蟹黃的濃烈蛋黃味道滲透出來,外殼跟一塊薯片般爽脆,蟹肉更保留完好一絲絲,肉質細嫩。
最後一道是雲南汽鍋雞,裝湯水的器皿十分特別,一個中間穿孔的圓瓦陶瓷鍋。內面更有少量切粒烏雞肉,把它及湯水蓋好翻熱,一股帶香濃雞味的蒸氣滴回湯水中,具備消脂及通血氣的功效,值得嘗試豪華菜色的客人品嚐消化。

There’s a lot of time we thought the restaurant looks good, so the food should be fine. But get disappointed most of the time.We went here for lunch and try one of there fatty fried pork with veggie rice. The pork itself is fatty I can understand, but there are oil all over the rice underneath.And we order a soup price marked 180 something . When it arrive is tasteless and is bitter. We asked for return, they did.

這款菜式被他的名字誤導了,我還以為是炒「雞腎」,原來是切到好像「鳯尾」的「豬腰」,的確很考刀功,調味其實不錯,但最可惜「豬腰」處理得不太好,很大股「尿罨味」,希望㕑師要加留意改善。

二人食了四款菜式,埋單HK$399,價錢尚算合理。

- 環境企理舒服。
- 服務生都有基本禮貌,有問必答。(沒有遇到之前有Blogger 所說的無禮對待)
- 食物大多數是「辣味」及「重口味」(喜歡清淡或小朋友未必適合),食物味道不錯,雖然因為辣而多渴飲品,但感覺味精不重;但內臓(豬腰)食材處理有待改善。

原來呢間餐廳主打食木桶飯。木桶飯有10款揀,有雞、牛肉、菜、豬肉等。大部份都係辣椒炒,但係照顧D唔食得辣嘅人,可以走辣。


一上菜就有陣陣香(辣)氣,辣椒同埋臘味既香味,聞到已經流哂口水。


最好食係小炒肉同孜然牛肉,孜然牛肉好香孜然粉味,而牛肉好滑,好啱送飯!

雖然每個木桶飯都有好多辣椒仲多過D肉,但係全部都好夠味!

最近很喜歡食辣,夏天沒胃口刺激一下也好收工約埋三五知己去澳海城覓食今次係去澳海城一期,依間係網上見到打卡好似好好味咁,菜選擇都多,不過價格有點高,舖租貴菜就會貴,地產商幾時先會放過我地好喇返正題,問面裝修都幾中國,夠光亮,睇起黎乾淨整潔,坐位坐得舒服。點菜時間,點左酸菜魚、炒菜花、辣爆肥腸、炒麵。酸菜魚係桂花魚,所以冇骨,魚肉好滑,但味道就唔怕係好夠酸同辣,湯係夠味就係唔夠酸同辣,食起上黎魚會有微微腥。菜花是辣椒爆炒那種,超惹味,香得黎辣辣地,仲有D五花肉一齊炒,依味好食炒麵係有雞同菜一齊炒,蛋味香,都唔錯。到炒肥腸,有辣辣乾蔥頭同蒜芯一齊炒,肥腸當然要肥喇,油爆過嘅肥腸外皮有點酥脆內面嘅肥膏香口,不過依碟肥腸真心咸,大廚係咪唔得落左鹽再落多次,如果唔同蒜芯一齊食係超咸,咸到係一粒肥腸要送兩啖白飯,如果唔係甘咸,真係好味。整得而言不過不失,如果服務好返D就好,上菜嘅時候唔好求其送係台上面,仲要放到鬼死甘離,我地都係3個人叫左4碟菜姐,張台仲有大把位,就甘放抵碟菜就走,D菜係有火熱住同盆酸菜魚係好重同熱,都要我地自己擺位,餐廳有甘嘅收費出甘樣嘅服務係唔岩比例。

入到奧海城,啲食店同一般商場嘅連鎖店差不多,不過行到奧海城一期呢間店就吸引左我同太太嘅眼晴,充滿書卷味嘅「書湘門第」。湘菜我地都好少試,以辣嘢為主,有啲似四川菜,有水煮魚個啲食。咁我地都唔係好食得太辣嘅關係,就叫左鐵板孜然牛肉同糯米蒸排骨食。上菜啦,一黎就有咋咋聲嘅孜然牛肉,香味撲鼻,用左洋蔥同辣椒爆香嘅牛可以送幾碗飯,牛肉有鐵板香味同相當之嫩口,好好味!之後就黎一個糯米蒸排骨,用糯米飯包住排骨黎蒸,賣相都幾特別,食落其實同平時食鳳爪排骨飯差不多。下次要搵多啲朋友試埋其他特色菜!

Very good lunch with efficient serving time and no waiting in line needed at 1215 on a Saturday. Each dishes was very unique and great tastes. But the portion for the two of us could be on the large side. Overall great meal and would love to visit again in the near future

首先上檯覺得好正!睇落又唔多肥羔。但係實在太咸。平時呢味係我至愛,正常我可以清咗成碟。但我真的受不了。另外扣肉下面鋪滿咗豬肉粒,但比較“鞋”口。又咸。撈唔到飯。。。

呢個就比較失望。響其他地方食過好正既水煮魚,夠麻夠辣,魚質又滑,仲要冇骨可以好放心咁啖啖肉食。
但係!呢度- 魚質唔可以話佢唔滑,但又未到好滑。有骨(仲要好多細骨)。麻辣味唔夠。
槃裏面有薯粉,有青瓜。薯粉分量正常。但啲青瓜好大舊。可以切多幾刀會好啲。

粉絲娃娃菜。大家估個重點係粉絲定菜?答案:粉絲。我點個時想食返多啲菜,不過呢碟上檯發覺好多粉絲。不過佢啲粉絲好好味!唔知係米用雞湯定咩湯煨過。好入味。應該係韓國粉絲。比較肥同彈牙。媽咪超中意!

我們是第二次光顧,因為想試試上次未吃的菜式。這次的經歷我真的以後不會再光顧,事情的發生是那一天晚上是平日的晚上,不是太多客人坐滿餐廳,我們在門口等了幾分鐘,見沒有服務員來招待我們,而且在收銀處的服務員也在忙於和另外的同事說話,所以我們就直接入去找位子,接着餐廳的經理就叫我出去等,那我們就出去等一會兒然後他們也不來招待反而叫我們去㩒飛(我真的不明白餐廳門外都沒有人在等而且有好多位子,為什麼還要我們去㩒飛)⋯我們㩒了飛他們才讓我入去,之後他們過了一會才攞餐牌俾我們而且眼神不太友善(即是沒有笑容令我沒有賓至如歸的感覺),說實話今時今日這樣的服務態度真的令人好難受,接着我們看了餐牌想落單但是等了很久他們有沒有過來反而在執拾其他桌上的碗碟但是明明餐廳沒有坐滿客人只是座滿了三分之一的客人,只是想他們可否先放下手頭上的工作幫我點菜才繼續做呢?因為這天晚上真的很一開始就很不高興所以我們再等了一會他們也没有來落單我們便離開了去第二間餐廳食飯。公平地說,食物質素不是差但是價錢稍為貴而且這個價位其實可以吃到更好吃的。服務態度真是令我頗為失望,不明白為什麼會受到這樣的待遇。我們再來光顧因為車就泊在這個商場很方
