To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 昨晚在銅鑼灣,一個人行經百德新街,忽然想一個人浪漫,好耐無食豆腐火腩飯;知道有間懷舊茶餐室 喜喜冰室,入去一試;冰室有外部准抽煙,內部以紅小巴標榜懷舊,不倫不類不舒適,至於員工態度似足小巴司機,制服不整齊,高談闊論;飯用紅雞湯碗裝來,數伴火腩,三件豆腐,伴的九菜蓋住白飯,白飯要挖起才食到;最失敗的是飯卻不太熱;味道一般草草吃過,居然還要收加一服務費,我想他們是想創茶餐室的先河,收費又無服務,希望其他的冰室唔好學啊。😩😩😩

This is a new restaurant. It was moved a year ago. Back then, they served good breakfast (lunch and dinner weren't good). Now, breakfast is so bad. My family and I have decided not to go again. They got an upgrade on interior decorations and hygiene. Yet, I wish the food quality could have never changed.

可惜雞批係凍嘅,餡料火腿多過雞,調味也略嫌單調,外皮也𣎴見得鬆化,沒有牛油香。如果單論雞批是𣎴合格的。至於豆蓉湯夠熱,但只係單純的打爛青豆蓉,冇乜特別香料調味,顯得味道也有點單調。

Was excited to have cha chaan teng classics as I haven’t been in HK for many years. Sadly, this was our first stop. Overall, not the cleanest place: bowls and dishes with caked on stuff, leftover napkins on the floor etc. Food wise: The baked pork chop rice was goopy, macaroni soup bland, the milk tea and toast were fine. Service: As expected the service was surly and impatient (I struggled with ordering in Cantonese). The cashier was pleasant.

老實說,一直也有幫襯開這間餐室,食物質素和環境自覺尚算可以,但估不到今天的經歷,令我想短期內也不會再光顧這餐室了!今天我和太太一起來吃東西,我點了一個茶餐,而我太太點了蕃茄牛肉燴意粉,我太太的意粉來了以後,吃了幾囗,後來我太太忽然有些作嘔,我問她甚麼事,她給我看她吃的意粉內,竟然有隻‘小昆蟲’!(我和太太也不知道是什麼小昆蟲!)之後當然找餐室內的職員,告知他們有這樣的事情!怎知道那職員回應:‘哦!那換過一碟給你吧!’然後就走了!後來我再叫他回來並向他說我不要了,他說那幫你取消吧,之後就離開了!(其間一句對不起也沒說)後來我怱怱吃完我的茶餐後便埋單走人,在埋單前我太太再去找該餐室的經理告知剛才的事情,經理才向我們道歉和給了我們九折!而我太太向經理投訢該員工,那員工才向我們說對不起!整件事情來說,令我不滿的只是該員工的態度,經理的處理還是可以的!

整件事情來說,令我不滿的只是該員工的態度,經理的處理還是可以的!

茶餐廳都可以好fancy走懷舊風 打做到70/80年代咁又有整到好似巴士咁的座位仲有d懷舊海報(識著燈添) 電視都要播勁舊tvb劇集餐牌都好似學生功課咁真係連茶記都可以打卡去茶餐廳例牌食常餐 呢間算幾高質喎! 多士好有誠意 加左少少芝士先去烘 香好多火腿炒蛋都好滑身叉燒意粉的叉燒厚切但略嫌肥多左d意粉煮得比較硬身 有咬口d啱哂我真係唔差得過華星喎 值得一試黑芝麻醬加煉奶烘多士賣相好似幾正 不過食落就冇乜特別芝麻味唔夠濃 而且只得薄薄一層味道完全唔出 仲差過普通奶醬多呢度午市黎食都唔使等位食完又唔會被趕係唔錯的茶記之選!

味道完全唔出 仲差過普通奶醬多
