To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. What happen for that waiter? His attitudes really terrible. Looks like we kill his parents before. Bad face, bad spoken attitude and horrible put down two cup of water to us. 午餐時間來到百德新街搬鋪後的喜喜, 無錯環境改良左, 裝修更花心思, 食物水準滿分; 依然找到茶餐的蹤影, 但價錢更是離地, 十一點半後茶記更加收加一。隔離枱阿姐食到一肚火,幾位阿姐叫個焗豬扒飯,上菜時都俾個店員嚇親。 如果你勁鍾意懷舊, 在這裡找不到服務和人情味, 只有堆砌的裝修和不錯的炒蛋, 銅鑼灣店只此一次。

這茶餐廳配有懷舊裝修, 猶如搭緊巴士食午餐一樣. 知道佢0既叉燒意粉配多士炒蛋係最出名的, 故今日點左呢個同個每日精選午飯和蛋撻一個. 叉燒意粉配多士炒蛋份量對女仔嚟來說是非常多, 一定會食唔晒. 幸好有男同事幫手清埋. 味道幾好, 無失望. 至於個蛋撻都不過不失, 係牛油皮, 但唔夠熱. 帶位職員指示我哋兩個人坐四人卡位枱, 就行開左了. 但枱上放了個最低消費$150的牌, 令我倆都唔知應否坐下0既感覺. 最後個位職員再示指我哋坐低. 感覺應該在煩忙時段先放個最低消費牌先比較合理. 堆單收銀姐姐態度友善及風趣, 令成餐飯的感覺很輕鬆舒服.

想懷念香港的那些年,銅鑼灣名店街後巷的喜喜冰室令人帶來滿足。這些年的滿足不是從食物而來,是從冰室的氣氛和態度而來,貫徹始終的香港冰室風格。由於太早幫襯,簡單選了一份早餐,太陽蛋加西多士。水汪汪的太陽蛋黃上加點鹽,然後一淡吃入口,這種地方,這種質感,這種味道,從細到大仍然不斷回味。沙嗲牛肉汁很香甜,不過牛肉給梳打粉攪得過鬆。在冰室一定要喝一杯冰飲。老實說,冰室已不再是便宜餐廳了。甚至是貴價吃低檔食物。這裡也不平,但裝修和佈置是誠意十足,侍應的態度也很殷勤,保持著那些年的港式冰室特色。CalvinCanEat

喜喜嘅裝修係玩復古,入到去恍如置身係六七十年代,好多影相位,每次嚟到喜喜都會食喜喜三寶飯,但今次就試下佢地嘅茶餐,常餐有兩款,一款係叉燒湯意粉(可轉通粉),另一款係貴少少嘅鮮茄牛腩粒湯通粉,今次試晒兩款,先講叉燒湯意粉肉質鮮嫩,唔乾,湯底濃郁,非常好味,鮮茄牛腩粒轉咗通粉,湯底非常濃郁,酸酸甜甜味道出色,牛腩粒問得好淋,唔使3分鐘就已經請咗食碗,茶餐附上火腿䓤花炒滑蛋同埋香滑炒蛋都同樣出式,仲有個半塊厚多士都好好味,會再幫襯!

今次我嗌左乾炒牛河轉米粉(炒米粉愛好者🤣),男朋友就嗌左揚州炒飯。味道上唔算特別好食,不過炒得幾香。份量就岩岩好,夠一個人食飽肚。材料落得好足,我碟乾炒牛米有好多塊牛肉👍🏻。

收工在港島區找吃的,突然想起了久違的喜喜冰室,銅鑼灣店搬遷以後都未有食過,所以便決定一來。夜晚八時左右,喜喜冰室人流很疏,所以在餐廳內幾乎是自由選位的,我被室內的小巴主題吸引了,便找個寬闊的卡位坐下。點了全日餐,是港式的all day breakfast ,很有風味,賣相不錯。很喜歡薄牛扒上配以豉油膏,厚多士上有芝士粉之類再烘,所以非常香口,球狀的是薯蓉,美中不足的是火腿薯蓉這些都是室温的,沒有熱烘烘剛做好的感覺。室外有乒乓波枱,很喜歡這句。

選擇在平日星期一至星期五時間來下午茶,因為下午茶時間不代表有下午茶,在星期日和假期係取消下午茶的。有蔥花火煺炒蛋,是我們在多間茶餐廳和餐館都未有試過的。我朋友是不食蔥的,而且餐飽係無得加牛油,因為他們來貨時已經塗上牛油。D 伙計喜歡扮忙,一入座嗺落單,當請他們給我們時間去睇餐單,一會才決定,但3分鐘後,就全部伙計都看來「非常繁忙」。其實一個茶餐要$50-70 留在餐廳半個鐘,入座客亦50%時,又「忙碌地」後面抹,面前收!好忙碌地準備收你餐。這間懷舊茶餐廳風格,在名店坊裡的餐廳,實在有一種仿澳牛的情感,但我不喜歡澳牛。食品在炒意粉和日本版出前一丁,是我朋友非常喜歡的,所以,小小的不便,我都不會生氣和影響心情。我朋友選擇喜喜,其實也想試其他的餐廳,是因為本店在餐肉和出前一丁非常出色。未試過其他小菜,因為晚市加一服務費阻礙我們的選擇,我覺得如果懷舊不如有熱毛巾。

今天想在銅鑼灣揾D價錢比較相宜的餐廳食,發覺一點也不容易。幸而路經銅鑼灣的fashion walk 有間懷舊的港式冰室,價錢唔貴,裝修又有本土特色,一於去試試。一步入餐廳,這邊見到親切的十四座小巴座位,那邊見到吊扇同香港舊冰室的格局,而牆上更有陳年的明星照,真是懷舊味十足,打卡一流。這兒供應的午餐有四款$59-$66,而茶餐則全曰供應。今日試一下茶餐。喜喜茶餐$54這個茶餐有叉燒湯意粉、火腿炒蛋同多士。火腿軟滑,炒旦雖然不算極之滑溜,但仍然保持大部分半熟,味道唔差。多士是厚切,脆脆地,但只有少量牛油。湯意粉的叉燒味道唔錯,是半肥瘦,帶一點肉香;意粉口感煙韌,加上淡淡然的雞湯,簡單而飽肚。奶茶真係唔錯!奶茶醇香奶滑,有茶葉香味又唔澀,加上厚杯保持溫度,有點像大排檔奶茶。這兒的裝修有特色,打卡一流,加上餐點味道唔錯,是銅鑼灣開飯的好地方。
