禮拜六既下晝5點倒去到餐廳,餐廳坐左一半人倒,我同朋友兩個人想坐卡位,職員既態度都好好,由得我地鍾意坐邊就坐邊。覺得常餐張相好吸引,本身又鍾意食茄湯,就叫左個常餐茄牛通配炒蛋同多士。佢個茄湯本身色水都好夠,見倒都開胃,而且仲好濃又夠味,比起出面一般冇味既茄水,好味好多。而多士亦都係高質素,烘得剛剛好,厚度都夠,出面脆入面軟,唔錯!炒蛋亦都係OK既。朋友都係叫常餐,佢就叫左沙牛面,佢都話正。茶餐廳黎講,職員態度好好,比個讚!

出發離島前約埋朋友去中環搵食,週末去中環,竟然唔洗排隊於是就試試,叫左兩份早餐,唔洗幾分鐘就可以食,送餐速度真心快沙爹牛肉嘅醬汁香濃,牛肉淋身,非常入味特濃沙嗲湯底味道濃郁。果然好好味。炒蛋好似過生但就好滑身,仲有陣陣牛油香同蛋香。厚多士焗得剛好另加奶油豬焗得非常香脆鬆化。好好味真。忌廉雞湯通粉配义燒睇相幾吸引,义燒比份量較少,較薄身,肉質較鞋。通粉都算有咬口彈牙。忌廉湯底偏咸,雞湯味唔算好出,普普通通。

睇相幾吸引,义燒比份量較少,較薄身,肉質較鞋。通粉都算有咬口彈牙。忌廉湯底偏咸,雞湯味唔算好出,普普通通。

used quite a lot of butter to make it, smooth and have some butter flavor.
toast 8/10 soft and aromatic with butter. 

48 hkd for a set like this is too high.

四季常餐係中環一間比較高質嘅茶記,Lunch time時段成日都要排長龍。.佢哋嘅午餐王牌係滑蛋叉燒飯,上枱時賣相唔錯,同廣告相差唔多。炒蛋火候控制得剛好,入口超滑溜,且富有濃郁蛋香,係我暫時食過最鍾意嘅炒蛋。叉燒厚薄同肥瘦都適中,燒得有焦香,飯底粒粒分明,索左蛋汁都唔會過濕或過淋,蔥花令到碟飯更香,係加分位,再配埋佢地自家製嘅甜豉油,撈飯食一流。
