今日番工,去到中環呢間四季常餐食LUNCH,條隊表面上排好耐,但其實換桌率好高,好快就輪到我地。我叫左個午餐B餐 滑蛋牛肉飯,唔過五分鐘就上左菜,賣相好好睇,熱辣辣!佢個鼓油汁好甜,配合埋口感潤滑既蛋汁,實在係最佳絕配。餐廳既佈置裝修有著港式茶記舒適風格,座位尚算闊落,唔會太逼夾。我覺得係中環食間質素OK既茶記,呢間係一個唔錯既選擇!

喺中環嘅返工一族應該唔少人都知道四季常餐。由於距離公司近,我時不時都會黎幫襯,而且中午時段幾乎都會大排長龍。我鍾意黎呢度食嘢嘅原因主要有兩個。首先,同大部分茶餐廳唔一樣,呢度唔會有花多眼亂嘅選擇。三個常餐一年四季從早到晚都可以食到,午餐同晚餐都係幾乎固定幾個品種,可見廚房係比較專注,貴精不貴多。常餐方面我比較鍾意茄牛通,啲鮮牛肉無落嫰肉粉,仲食得出筋部,茄湯嘅味道亦調教得好好,所以每次都會飲曬,跟餐嘅炒蛋都好滑漏,又唔會有膩口嘅牛油味。午餐同晚餐嘅選擇之中我就最喜歡秘制豉油汁滑蛋叉燒飯,醬汁味道適中,送飯一流,自家製嘅叉燒亦相當出色。第二個原因就係餐廳嘅環境乾淨企李,台面除佐有消毒搓手液,仲有餐具清潔噴霧提供俾客人,呢方面比較貼心嘅。店內嘅侍應都好醒目,落單同上菜速度快,效率高,每次去食嘢嘅體驗都係理想嘅。價錢方面雖然俾以前貴左DD,例如常餐之前係48蚊而家要50,不過而家唔少地方食嘢都有唔同程度嘅加價,但呢度嘅食物水準都保持到,所以都係值得繼續幫襯。

唔知大家認唔認為常餐有種特別嘅吸引力, 間唔時就想食常餐因為佢可以一次過滿足晒我食多士,麵 ,炒蛋, 同飲凍檸茶嘅願望依間茶餐廳就係我嘅不二之選喺中環返工嘅都應該對依間餐廳陌生, 食晏嘅時候都會排晒長龍.茄牛通粉 ($50)蕃茄味好濃郁, 而且有好多牛肉. 跟餐會有牛油味濃郁嘅烘多士同嫩滑炒蛋對於OL來講, 呢個餐絕對夠食.忌廉雞湯叉燒通粉 ($50)唔想食咁濃味既茄牛通, 佢哋仲有忌廉湯通粉, 一樣跟埋招牌多士滑蛋.其實依間茶餐廳仲有好多招牌菜, 例如滑蛋叉燒飯. 因為食晏真係好多人排隊, 餐廳都會等齊人先比入座.

蕃茄味好濃郁, 而且有好多牛肉. 跟餐會有牛油味濃郁嘅烘多士同嫩滑炒蛋
對於OL來講, 呢個餐絕對夠食.

忌廉雞湯叉燒通粉 ($50)
唔想食咁濃味既茄牛通, 佢哋仲有忌廉湯通粉, 一樣跟埋招牌多士滑蛋.

其實依間茶餐廳仲有好多招牌菜, 例如滑蛋叉燒飯.

因為食晏真係好多人排隊, 餐廳都會等齊人先比入座.

四季常餐應該係肥佬黎家族在香港最後的生意, 無論你喜歡肥佬黎與否, 見到如斯境地, 實在心有點戚戚然. 和舊店比較, 新店在大馬路邊, 店面面積更大, 人流更多. 衛生情況以茶記來說已算不錯, 當然之前”二手檸檬茶”的事件太經典, 但至少這餐吃完身體沒有甚麼問題.點了這裡經典的常餐, 就是茄牛通炒蛋和嗲牛麵, 牛肉肉質較韌, 纖維感重, 好聽來說就是沒使唔使用鬆肉粉, 難聽一點來說就是肉質欠佳. 蕃茄湯蕃肉豐富, 但酸甜味道有點做作, 似是加了茄醬. 沙嗲醬香濃還帶點花生顆粒, 比前者做得好. 麵和通粉煮得夠爽, 沒有糊化是我喜歡的口感. 至於炒蛋就一般, 火候可以但欠蛋香. 還是那一句, 功能性可以, 不會令人難以下咽, 但就僅此而已.
