California Pizza Kitchen (Closed)

My first review on this site ever I used to eat at CPK when I was in the United States and always like their food. First time I eat CPK in Hong Kong.The sign at the door says "please wait to be seated", but the waiters and waitress inside pretend to not see you at all. 7月16日, 剛捱過一個忙爆工作週, 呀菲同呀比決定要食番餐好嘅慶祝下! CPK嘅pizza係我地一致都覺得好好味~ 今晚我地兩個人, 又pizza又penne, 仲比呀菲遇見到令佢一試鍾情嘅Tiramisu!!::: Waldorf Chicken Salad ::: $68好似總係要嚟呢d美式餐廳先至會食到正宗嘅waldorf salad~ 呢度嘅salad大大碟, 份量夠晒多! 沙律菜好新鮮, 核桃香甜爽脆, 蘋果粒夠清新, 雞肉亦出乎意料地嫩口~ 最欣賞佢沙律醬份量式落得剛剛好, 令材料均勻沾上醬汁之後又唔會太膩!::: The Original Chicken Pizza ::: $92堪稱係餐廳招牌嘅original chicken pizza, 味道水準可以話係保持到~ 但係size同料呢感覺上就好似少咗d咁… 就咁睇d料就灑得唔係好平均, 雞肉仲有d零零落落… 但其實味道仍然係好味嘅! 首先好鍾意佢嘅薄餅底, 係好有麵粉味嘅鬆軟厚批底~ 上面有薄薄一層燒烤醬料, 加埋芝士、紅洋蔥、燒雞肉幾款簡單配料, 但係已經十分惹味~::: Pesto Cream Penne Shr

星期五同同事來這裡食午飯，沒有訂檯，雖然站在門口差不多5分鐘都無人理，但之後都有位。Set lunch包括appetiser，主菜(pizza, pasta or salad)同飲品。我選了potato and leek soup, italian sausage spaghetti。Potato and leek soup顔色比平時的綠很多，但味道ok！意粉味道較濃，而且夠香。On the whole都不錯！Service就一般，好多客但得幾個人serve。要有耐性！

Went to CPK again as Michelle told me that the hawaiian chciken pizza she had last week was one of the best pizza she had ever had in her life. As a big fan of pizza, i obviously have to come out for a try.It was Wednesday night but the place was surprisingly crowded. 朋友又牛一喇.嘩屈指一算, 已同佢食了就o黎20年生日餐已係成班中坑呀....咦, 今次佢老婆揀左o黎 "cpk", 話好食又抵食!8個人, 叫了幾十碟share!有沙律, 係枱枱都叫的, 似似地泰式那款, 又真係幾出色, 夠熱又夠香!加上有d 脆脆, 特別有口感.pasta同pizza 都係即叫即整, 熱辣辣又足料, 淨係食pizza , d 芝士半溶, 拉成一條條絲, 已令食慾暴漲, 那理有幾多卡路里!!!!服務只能話係ok, 太多客, 太少職員.祝牛一仔快d擺滿月酒喇~

對上一次食california pizza kitchen 應該是她剛開張時，大約十年前??本身不是太buy主力sell風味太unique的pizza(如烤鴨味）所以沒什動力再去幫襯。但今次機緣巧合下被細佬發覺他們的外賣flyer幾給引下又幫襯了他們。這次全程由細佬發板落order,我就剩係付責俾$。由order到有嘢食前後不過一個鐘，但大意的外賣員竟漏了一盒沙律，幸好經查問後很快補送上，但就冇coupon奉送以補歉意。說回食物。細佬点了個minced beef cheese pizza, foccacia & chicken salad。minced beef pizza??還說是細佬，難道不知大佬只喜歡傳統口味的pizza嗎？早知嗌佢自己俾錢。與其說是pizza,說是芝士burger比較貼切，傳統的pizza茄醬不見了，換來的是免治牛和cheddar cheese。Foccacia味道還可以，不過說真的，foccacia想整得難食比好食更難。雞沙律d雞幾好味，但沙律的配料比較怪。總括而言，太創新的pizza口味自己不太buy,下次(maybe another 10 years l

Hawaiian Pizza喜歡芝士, 菠蘿, 喜歡簡單的夏威夷薄餅.就我吃過夏威夷薄餅而言, 這個算是挺足料的.菠蘿滿多的, 喜歡有菠蘿的薄餅, 因為吃起上來有點juicy, 不會太乾加上濃郁的芝士...簡單, 但吸引 (: Spaghetti Carbonara味道好濃郁的spaghetti carbonara好香的芝士和煙肉,配上青豆,其實我很喜歡它的味道,唯覺得它的sauce杰了一點,說實在也沒甚麼問題的, 好味啊 (:環境整潔, 侍應跟上菜效率高, 服務不錯overall quite goooooooooooooooood

The service was very bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!No waiter gave the water to us.And we waited the pizza about half an hour.The pizza was not that we had ordered but the waiter did not tell us what the pizza was.The taste of the pizza was bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Their reception is so far away from the tables that it can take some time for them to notice you, so we just walked straight in, stood next to the main order entry computer and got a table straight away (not so difficult as it was a quiet at 4pm).My favorite salad is the Moroccan Chicken, which I usually order with extra chicken, avocado and egg, but this time I opted for the standard salad for the first time just to see what the proportions are like. tomato beef spegattivery tasty! there's fresh tomato juice and canned tomato juice mixed together~ beef is already diced and there's some union too~the spegatti is al dentle, not too soft and not too hard~ i added some cheese powder on top of that too!however, if tomato juice can b more then even better!lemon teacan be refilled but only for tea only, they give 3 slices of lemon only, however tea taste is rich, refilled speed is just alrigh, i need to ask them to refill by myself....

我地三個人叫左沙律，pizza，通粉同三杯野飲唔齊相ge原因又係因為太好食食晒唔記得影哈哈過左18歲冇耐，所以叫左杯baileys(雖然喺屋企都飲過好多次)但係呢其實食呢d野真係不如驕杯可樂大啖大啖飲啦因為我覺得酒同pizza唔襯..係我錯/.\呀，其實喺呢間食過好多個pizza最中意米蘭薄餅!唉食到好飽如果唔係叫多碟野就夠$500有杯送喇！(其實正常人唔大食去食唔洗食到咁貴)

今日同個friend食lunch, 佢亦成日講好想黎呢度食野，所以早幾日就訂左位先，所以都唔駛等。我地叫左個沙律、全部蔬菜材料都好新鮮、個汁酸酸地開胃食落非常爽口好正。意大利雲吞(蕃茄味)好重蕃茄味同香草味、個皮有少少淋、Ｄ餡都算過得去。煙肉芝士意粉、意粉煮得岩岩好又唔會淋pat pat、個白汁都ok好味。不過我自己就比較鍾意食茄汁。再加埋Ｄ芝士真係絕配.

一直都未去過呢間真係唔知原來咁鬼死平~d野食又普通,冇特色味道又一般次次book枱都冇位即日book枱冇位佢叫我walk in試下去到又話未必有位,要10點後先有,原本都諗住放棄去隔離餐廳等位但等等下佢居然打黎話有位喎~都唔知係好定唔好如果佢冇位我諗隔離果幾間餐廳會好味過佢好多囉但唔去過又唔知原來呢間咁普通喎~好矛盾7個人叫左1.沙律2.pizza x2 3. 意粉x34.唔知乜卷因為唔係我負責點菜所以都唔知自己食左d咩 淨係知自己負責影相,食同俾錢~hahaha~
