分別有通菜同菜心,兩樣拼盤,菠蘿海鮮飯,豬頸肉!

份量黎講唔係好大碟,但味道黎講,當中最出色既一定係豬頸肉,同埋碟通菜!

九龍城係食泰國菜嘅地方就係人都知,但到底揀邊間好呢?今日講下呢間老牌餐廳啦。以前好巴閉,開到成條街都係,間間都叫金寶,宜家就好似無以前咁興旺啦佢分泰國菜同越南菜叫左條燒魚,話要等9個字先有,其實無咁誇張,20分鐘左右啦大大條,而且燒得好香口而且夠嫩滑,唔會燒到過曬火好鞋咁👍🏽份量好多,三人食非常足夠跟住梗係要試下咖喱啦,叫左齋青咖喱,全部都係菜,入面好似泰國矮瓜嘅物體,唔太辣,幾好味。不過唔及下味咁正!呢個係蒜香炒雞,炒得夠乾身,香口惹味!而且肉質唔乾,必叫!

九龍城 = 小泰國!


食泰菜自不然就想到九龍城,因那𥚃見得最多餐館的就是泰國餐廳。要在眾多的泰國餐廳中脫穎而出,必須要有其獨特之處,若食客認得記得餐廳的名就已贏了一半!

金寶,在我年輕小的時候,爸媽就帶我們食過。令我最深刻想必是當時我走出餐廳外,原來有好幾家金寶就在前面,就幾步就是金寶,金寶,金寶。

一般在外吃飯我都甚少點通菜,因為當你試過有9成都是「伏」時,你就寧可點其他菜都不點通菜。所謂的「伏」就是菜太老,太硬。由於現時都是通菜的季節,又為應媽媽的要求,就點了通菜。此家出奇地,通菜*很嫩又不老*,而用馬拉盞炒是不死配搭!

總結,
九龍城近年因地鐵興建整路,而令多間餐廳生意慘不忍睹。
在飯後經過多間其他的泰國餐廳,都未有滿座。
而金寶,以我所見,其3間分店都滿座,可見它是有其吸引人到之處。

價格方面,夠親民價!希望它不論在食物質素及價錢方面都仍能保持一直的水準及親民。

和5個朋友約埋一齊聚會,就揀定這間泰國菜。一早已經book位,七點到,場內已經有唔少客人,一到對完資料即有位,唔使齊人入座。九龍城地處偏僻,預左交通不太方便,店家留左一入門口張大枱比我地,隨便坐,十分闊落,店家服務態度很好,幾個朋友遲到,我兩個人先落座都冇收到異樣眼光,上菜快,收碟好及時,小食拼盤跟一兜香葉,我不明白點配搭,問店家,店家雖然忙都願意答復,中間遇到差人抄牌,店家仲大聲通知食客哈哈。食物方面,除了甜品,樣樣都好食,尤其是炒金邊粉,最令我眼前一亮,金邊粉口感非常好,絕對要一試冬陰功湯都好飲,叫個細份每人一碗小嘗味道,很暖心。最受歡迎要屬生菜包肉碎,好食到未黎得切影相已經清兜,不過分量偏少。甜品要攞出黎批評。特意叫左甜品拼盤,但冇樣好食,樣樣失色,唯一合格就係芒果糯米飯的芒果和紫米,淋上面的椰漿都略失色,連我在泰國機場買的芒果糯米飯都樣樣出色過佢。這間確實煮得好食,但這種好食是出邊(例如旺角)都食得到的程度,需唔需要特意入九龍城食就見仁見智,或者等宋王臺站開左會來得多d(宋王臺站就在呢間鋪隔離街)。

甜品要攞出黎批評。特意叫左甜品拼盤,但冇樣好食,樣樣失色,唯一合格就係芒果糯米飯的芒果和紫米,淋上面的椰漿都略失色,連我在泰國機場買的芒果糯米飯都樣樣出色過佢。
這間確實煮得好食,但這種好食是出邊(例如旺角)都食得到的程度,需唔需要特意入九龍城食就見仁見智,或者等宋王臺站開左會來得多d(宋王臺站就在呢間鋪隔離街)。

九龍城係出名泰國菜,金寶應該係泰國菜餐廳中的大佬吧。菜名已經忘記了,但是還是好記得虎蝦沙律的味道,如果鍾意食辣嘅人 ,可以試下呢個。蝦口感爽,相信係好新鮮,然後麻辣中帶少少酸,會好開胃。

以前食過幾好食,今日就特登返去回味。一入去望餐牌見貴左,咁要跟通賬都明,就叫左個凍檬粉,黎到就見個檬粉縮左水,魚露就比得一細碗,完全唔夠撈,咁再問佢叫,竟然要收錢!冇錯,攞魚露已經再唔係免費,重要只係半小碗,真係好無奈。最後我係要另外叫多3碗先足以夠撈個檬粉(本人並非喜歡重味之人士)。睇今次會係我最後一次黎呢間泰國餐廳食啦,要尋找新一間好食既泰國餐廳食,真可惜。為香港失去一間美食店而難過。唔通生意要做到咁先生存到?
