To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 難得過海,諗住試下~朝早10點幾到,排咗半個鐘左右就入得。第一次食,滿心歡喜。叫咗個早餐熱咖啡。個多士好厚,外脆內軟,非常唔錯。炒蛋夠滑,好濃厚嘅口感。呢兩樣真係一百分!但係碗通粉就......好甜好甜好甜(重要事情講3次)。我未試話食碗火腿通粉好似食糖水一樣......仲甜過我杯咖啡,完全唔知咩事。我朋友話平時唔係咁樣,今日通粉過淋,湯底過甜。咁我只可以話我唔好彩。希望下次有機會再去的話,可以有返一貫水準。

So hurry this morning that needed to have my breakfast on the way to office. Bought pineapple bun and egg tar there. The bun was incredibly big by comparing with the egg tar next to it. I had to save the egg tar for tea as there was no room after finishing the bun. The “pineapple” surface was crispy and sweet. It would be better if it could increase its surface area.

每次諗唔到食咩都一定會黎食華星。每次黎到華星都唔使諗,一定係叫「常餐叉燒通粉炒蛋熱奶茶」。次次落完單啲野食就好快黎到,唔使等。叉燒通粉既湯底好得意,有少少杰身,唔會太水;味道好香,唔會太濃味太鹹。通粉煮得啱啱好,口感彈牙。叉燒都幾大塊,仲有好濃既蜜汁味。佢既常餐仲跟埋牛油厚多士,火腿同炒蛋。厚多士烘得外脆內軟,仲塗滿牛油,一咬落去口感非常鬆軟。我最鐘意佢既炒蛋,炒得好滑好香,帶少少蛋汁,唔會炒得太老,真係好想再encore呀!奶茶亦都係好正,好滑。茶味濃郁,帶少少茶既澀味,茶同淡奶既比例啱啱好。配埋厚邊杯飲,簡直係一流既享受。值得一提既係華星冰室除左好食同抵食之外,仲好有人情味。小事一則:櫃枱姐姐一見到出面有警察抄牌就即刻大嗌問有無人泊左車,話有警察抄緊牌。然後就見到好多人即刻埋單衝出去攞車,櫃枱姐姐仲好快手配合佢地,見到有人杯野未飲晒仲即刻幫佢轉用外賣杯比佢拎走,真係超好人。

華星的炸雞髀真的不錯,雞皮非常酥脆而且沒有什麼皮下脂肪,如果雞肉可以嫩一點就好了。豬扒包都OK,就是太多mayonnaise 可惜華星沒有賣飯類,所以炸雞髀配牛肉炒意粉是最好的選擇了🤔
