長假期的最後一天,一覺醒來已9點,肚子開始打鼓了,便與媽媽到樓下開餐!嘉年華的歡樂早茶,只要在10點半前落單,就可享優惠。特價點心的選擇也不少。這天點了以下幾款:蒸牛肉腸粉 - 腸粉皮不算薄,但很滑,牛肉餡有粒粒馬蹄肉,熱辣辣大大碟,是合格有餘的腸粉雞包仔拼馬拉糕- 同樣熱辣辣大大件,包外皮輕軟,餡料還有菇粒及少許菜絲;馬拉糕非常鬆軟甜而不膩,放涼了吃也滋味素粉果-以為透明的外皮會很糊,但放涼一會仍可全隻完整夾起。3隻粉果的饀料極不平均!其中1隻只有沙葛粒和少量木耳絲!而正常的一隻則有雜菇,芫荽,沙葛等饀料,饀料有很香的麻油味,味道帶甜。山竹牛肉- 馬蹄粒不少,正正常常的味道燒賣- 有冬菇和大大粒蝦肉做饀料,配切粒少肥豬肉和蟹籽,質感爽口。作為屋邨酒樓,嘉年華的點心質素不錯,新鮮即蒸,真材實料,味道亦大眾化。但服務應作改善,首先早茶需要自己搵位,很是不便,建議星期六日假期安排叫籌!另外待應很少,開位、加水、落單皆要等等等再等。

今日同朋友去咗嘉年華酒樓度飲個午茶!本來都滿心歡喜但係入到去又冇人帶位,企左係到成兩三分鐘仲要招手先至有服務員帶我地埋位。搞到其他客望住好尷尬,但明明個場一d都唔忙!呢個小食係未食之前諗住問佢可唔可以取消,但係佢話冇得的時候,我同朋友兩個人 即使唔食同花生,都要夾硬俾錢嘢食種類唔算多不過都不過不失啦,鳳爪朋友覺得太鹹但我自己覺得OK。芋心煎堆個皮好厚,仲要好似整完好耐咁,勁凍!整體感覺真係一般,唔會再食!

家常便飯又唔想煮,黎呢d屋邨酒樓就最好,價錢又合理。叫左碟雞,味道不錯。雜菜煲都幾抵食,而片皮鴨之前黎都想叫,但當時可惜賣哂。食呢個要起碼預45至60分鐘。咁d鴨片得就大小不一,厚度同肉嘅比例都唔同,但隻鴨嘅味道係幾好,但d皮就好一般。個兩食就真係唔得。

同屋企人去食晚飯,想食d家常便飯,嗌餸食飯個d,最後就近近地去左嘉年華食。呢度係一間屋邨酒樓,晚市唔單止可以嗌餸食飯,仲可以打邊爐添。咁睇完一輪餐牌,就叫左黑醋咕嚕肉、啫啫豚肉芥蘭煲、栗子炆雞、乳鴿。本來想叫片皮鴨,可惜遲左,搞到無得食,只好下次早d黎。咁個黑醋咕嚕肉,入面有好多薯仔。但汁唔多足夠,但勝在無骨。啫啫豚肉芥蘭煲就較一般,芥蘭較硬身。栗子炆雞唔係好得,雞又少,栗子亦都唔多。最多係d基松茸,但味道麻麻。乳鴿都幾好食。白飯較硬。

再試吓卷住豚肉片同吃,更加冶味呢 ﹗豚肉片肉味濃,腍得黎又不失咬口,好好食。到低係日本豚肉?定係大陸豬肉呀?無所謂,最緊要安全新鮮好味。

上湯焗波士頓龍蝦跟伊麵底,原價 HKD138 加伊麵要 HKD30 囉,個伊麵太貴喇麻。全晚既餸麻麻地又鬼咁悶,我點都要 order 樣精彩架喇!阿媽又係度對侍應問長問短,我一向要食的話點都食架啦,唔好煩。嘩,勁多汁喎,我都鍾意汁,但有點過火。

伊麵腍劈劈,腍到夾唔到,我連掃兩碗落肚,飽左﹗上湯味香濃帶甜,不濁不嗆,過關。波士頓龍蝦夠新鮮,重秤足料仲啖啖肉,鮮味結實而十分爽彈,海鮮味非常特出,美味可以添食。

燒乳豬全體、魚湯碧綠斑球、啫啫通菜豚肉、上湯焗波士頓龍蝦跟伊麵底,四個人計埋茶錢、兩個白飯都四百蚊有找,又唔係難食,真係超值喎﹗

魚翅餃,賣相好靚,原來係香茜魚翅餃﹗中伏添,但我已經成舊啪左入口,差少少吐返出黎呀,好采忍得住。唯有格硬吞落肚,再飲大量茶沖淡陣味啦 ﹗我一食芫茜就反胃架喇,不過都值得一讚依家仲有酒樓係做懷舊點心呢,極花功夫。

蟹籽燒賣,雖然賣相甩皮又甩骨,但難得足料無搵笨噃,瘦肉多、肥膏少,肉味濃郁加上蝦仁鮮爽,口感結實唔會一咬散開,濕潤充滿肉汁,好味道呢,誠意之選 ﹗

豉汁蒸排骨,跟大部份酒樓既通病一樣,排骨都好肥又好多肥膏呀﹗但點解用係排骨飯既又會靚好多,而且肥瘦適中呢?專登揀過架?睇面頭似乎好靚,點知下面全部肥騰騰﹗瘦肉味道唔錯又帶甜,但太多肥膏全部要咬走,無咩肉食。

乾炒牛肉河,阿媽推介話好食喎,點知河粉炒到碎濕濕要用匙羮食囉。如果我自已叫的話就會走蔥走芽菜,依兩樣我都唔食架,依家揀到傻左﹗味道非常一般地普通,中規中矩,無咩好講,不試也罷,紅磡合記茶餐廳好食百倍、有鑊氣千倍。

碧玉紮,個名就改得勁優雅勁動聽喇,唔知係咩黎呢?睇點心紙細細張相我一直以為係用竹笙卷住架,阿媽又點頭話係,點知黎到只不過係腸粉皮囉,勁失望﹗試下新野都無妨既,拆開睇睇好鬼齋噃,雞蛋、皮蛋、小棠菜、冬菇,外加蛋白芡。淡味到意想不到,我真係想要豉油囉,豆瓣醬應該更好。格硬吞左一隻,剩返隻等阿爸阿媽搞掂去,試一次便夠。

一向幾喜歡來這間相當偏僻的酒家食晚飯,外表平平無奇,原來用心製作,價錢相宜。可惜平日晚飯好冷清。一家人(8人)預計了兩隻乳豬,非常香脆吾算肥,大家都食到吾停得口,仲以為有得打包,骨都無哂!跟住上海鮮卷和上湯煮菜,海鮮卷係酒樓拿手野,正常都無問題,好食!上湯煮菜就麻麻地。炸蝦丸好彈牙,食兩粒都吾夠,正!主菜係芝士焗龍蝦,大家睇相都知幾大碟,呢度有兩個份量,只係$168,抵食到呢!味道都幾好,但更係吾可以同西貢比啦!但以一般酒家來講都算不錯啦!糯米蟹同樣有驚喜,兩隻羔蟹吾算好多羔,但都好鮮味,糯米飯韌度剛剛好,食到停吾到!只係$98咋!跟住仲點了榣柱蛋白炒飯,正常味道啦!食咁多野,埋單先8XX,真係好抵!

今日有緣路經那打素,順便搵個朋友食個午飯~!

於是就諗住搵個知客帶位,點知一路上都冇人理我,

之後真係好快有個阿姐走黎,同我開茶同寫咭,仲係張咭到寫左個A字~
我相信係佢地既識別碼...
之後上菜既時候,阿姐都唔係睇張咭個A 字,而係企喺則邊叫..A枱邊到呀?!


由於我係第一次黎,食飯時間又少,所以朋友推介少少佢平時食開既菜式,


四川担担面 - 講明係四川風味,我緊係旨意佢有D辣,點知一D都唔辣,要另加辣椒油先有味,
D面煮到淋晒,好可惜~


蟹子燒賣皇 - 上枱時感覺上好似打完風一樣,個樣好唔得體,食落啖啖肉,味道唔錯,

素菜餃 同蝦餃皇 - 上枱時仲係熱辣辣,出晒煙咁~正~食落口餃皮呈半透明,唔會太厚,仲可以見到入面D餡,唔錯~

炸雲吞 - 嘩~真係想喊..食落好似用萬年油炸咁,而且仲炸得有少少過火,上枱時已經唔熱,食落好油膩,而且好似得塊雲吞皮,入面一D肉都冇,可惜!

紅油抄手 - 又一令人生望之咋~以為會有D辣味,點知佢只係冇湯浸的雲吞加左鼓油,就算,味道都唔太好,上枱又唔熱!

日式餃子 - 上枱唔熱都有少少預左,點知佢唔熱仲要硬皮,點左鼓油都好難入口...差~

手拍青瓜 - 成餐飯最精選水準之作~ 食落去似係即叫即拍,而且好新鮮,魚露同麻油比例調得好好~好開胃~!


途中我地想要多少少辣椒油,阿姐就話:呢D你要自己去大排檔拎架~!
去到大排檔,有4,5樣醬料已經放晒喺到任君選擇!拎多拎少都唔會有人阻你~!
我就喺咁咦每樣拎左少少試味!
總括黎講呢間係一間好自助既酒樓,由搵位到拎調味料到埋單都係自己一手一腳做,
可能要訓練一下呢區D長者既自理能力掛,可算係用心良苦.

自從有一次去買外賣被騙後, 一直都無再幫親今年生日唔想周圍去同媽咪係嘉年華海鮮酒家到食, 北京填鴨二食(片皮+ 枝竹茄子炆鴨件) 仲有蕃薯苗同 清蒸飽魚仔兩個人食...食到三分一已經好鬼飽!!!!其中以最出色既唔係主菜片皮鴨, 而係枝竹茄子炆鴨件, 蕃薯苗同 清蒸飽魚仔枝竹茄子炆鴨件入味, 而枝竹都炆到軟硬適中蕃薯苗就超級滑, 用油泎+豆鼓黎煮, 仲好鬼香..(不過膽固醇都幾高~) 仲要超級大碟(睇黎有5-6人份量)清蒸飽魚仔就好細心咁去左d腸, 而且唔會過火, 剛剛好最差就係個片皮鴨 , 唔單止無刀功, 片得一d 有肉一d無肉, 一d 大, 一d細, 仲要得好少包著既粉皮更加得半塊(得半圓形), 而且仲有d 怪味~今次雖然有點美中不足, 但係以價黎睇都ok既
