呢個甜品真係第一次食,賣相已經足以吸引到我👀 下面用左多條香蕉合併而成,焗至外層微焦,內裏軟熟帶少少黏稠嘅口感🍌 最底放左一塊脆餅提升層次感,再配埋雪糕食就有冰火交融嘅效果,令人回味無窮😋
The bananas were toasted into a creamy texture, which had a nice contrast to the crispy biscuit at the bottom. Together with vanilla ice cream, it created a phenomenal combination.

最近決定去試下喺銅鑼灣皇冠假日酒店嘅Carver餐廳。Lunch set 可以揀2-4 個course,$238起,可以根據喜好選擇,性價比好高。三道菜午餐$268揀左熱盤暖暖胃先~ 紅蘿蔔香菜湯飲落都幾Creamy,啖淡都係紅蘿蔔甜味,浸咗蒜香麵包粒,每一粒都吸咗湯嘅精華,入邊仲有少少脆卜卜,口感非常豐富主菜係烤春雞,配上日本迷你甜薯同田園蔬菜。春雞皮脆肉嫩,入味又夠Juicy~ 醬汁甜甜地,都好夾日本迷你甜薯香甜,田園蔬菜係長柄西蘭花,烤過之後都保持到爽脆。最後係甜品滑捋捋嘅黑芝麻布丁,黑芝麻味濃郁得來又夠香~ 配黑芝麻脆片增加咗口感層次,加埋香緹鮮奶油,令到整個甜品味道更加豐富。見佢哋擺咗熟成櫃,下次可以試吓佢哋嘅牛扒,應該都唔錯!

揀左熱盤暖暖胃先~ 紅蘿蔔香菜湯飲落都幾Creamy,啖淡都係紅蘿蔔甜味,浸咗蒜香麵包粒,每一粒都吸咗湯嘅精華,入邊仲有少少脆卜卜,口感非常豐富

主菜係烤春雞,配上日本迷你甜薯同田園蔬菜。春雞皮脆肉嫩,入味又夠Juicy~ 醬汁甜甜地,都好夾
日本迷你甜薯香甜,田園蔬菜係長柄西蘭花,烤過之後都保持到爽脆。

最後係甜品滑捋捋嘅黑芝麻布丁,黑芝麻味濃郁得來又夠香~ 配黑芝麻脆片增加咗口感層次,加埋香緹鮮奶油,令到整個甜品味道更加豐富。
