現在的西式餐廳選擇愈來愈多,今次到了CARVER,環境氛圍舒適有情調,食物質素亦對得上價錢。一個餐$275可以有一份前菜、主菜及餐後甜品,份量亦適中飽足。西蘭花忌廉湯足料的西蘭花攪勻後加上忌廉,口感很creamy 且很濃厚,配上香口麵包很好配。澳洲和牛肩胛板肉 M6-7 額外收費 HK$88一上菜便很有經過香煎的味道撲鼻而來,牛肩胛板肉整體很少很,口感有彈性且不會過韌,生熟度適中,和牛味亦很突出。配上煎香後很有水份的大啡菇和爽口的長柄西蘭花,非常豐富。海鹽檸檬梳乎厘蛋糕面頭是厚重的鮮忌廉和不會過甜的雲尼拿醬,配搭口感滿滿軟熟又富有空氣感的梳乎厘蛋糕很是飽肚,上層更有煙韌粒粒麻糬可以作配料。另一款3道菜即點了餐後炸物小點。 炸腐皮蝦卷炸物加上沙律菜特別解膩,外層香口的炸腐皮,和內裡啖啖蝦肉,口感既脆又有層次 菠菜芝士粗管麵經過焗熱後的水牛芝士加上切碎後的菠菜粒,與羅勒蕃茄醬交融一起,配上口感彈牙的粗管麵。烏龍茶布甸配蜂蜜水信玄餅水信玄餅的上層為柚子焦糖啫喱,啫喱不會過甜亦有彈性,配搭下層清新的烏龍茶布甸更顯清香。

And I finish with Carver Sundae ($88), choosing Strawberries Romano­. On the strawberry ice cream there are layers of whipped cream, with some fresh strawberries on top and drizzled with strawberry sauce, bringing back some childhood memories.

Service is good, with the staff friendly and helpful. The bill on the night is $1,629 which is reasonable. A nice steakhouse to go for casual meals.
