前日去咗銅鑼灣Henry house 嘅Casa Fina食晚飯,估唔到銅鑼灣有間咁好嘅餐廳,無論係食物質素,價錢,服務都攞滿分。一入門口,就見到一個半開放式廚房,餐廳嘅燈光令人感覺舒服,座位之間都好有距離。呢間餐廳嘅生蠔出名新鮮肥美,生蠔靚唔靚就一定要問吓店長,而店長就推介Namibia,Mermaid,Majestic,Gillardeau.Namibia口感較為Creamy。Mermaid肉質飽滿、味道濃郁。Majestic海水味較重,食落甘甜。最後嘅Gillardeau食落比較脆口,味道會由海水味慢慢變成濃濃嘅蠔味。白酒蕃茄煮托托蜆,托托蜆肉鮮甜肉厚,配上味道帶微酸少少辣嘅白酒汁,好味。鵝肝野菌扁意粉鵝肝味非常香濃,同野菌味道非常配合,煎香咗嘅鵝肝油,平均滲透到每一條扁意粉,感覺到非常豐富。自家製tiramisu入口即溶,好輕身,仲有好香濃的咖啡味,真係好滿足。

呢間餐廳嘅生蠔出名新鮮肥美,生蠔靚唔靚就一定要問吓店長,而店長就推介Namibia,Mermaid,Majestic,Gillardeau.
Namibia口感較為Creamy。Mermaid肉質飽滿、味道濃郁。Majestic海水味較重,食落甘甜。最後嘅Gillardeau食落比較脆口,味道會由海水味慢慢變成濃濃嘅蠔味。

新年後,仍沉浸於節日的喜悅,連平時食飯也豪氣了不少!今天,相約一位愛蠔的朋友,喝喝酒,吃吃蠔~叫了四款生蠔,味道濃淡度右至左遞增。南非的Namibia是我的最愛,亦是最creamy的一款; 法國的Mermaid亦不錯,雖比不上Namibia肥美,但帶點爽口,而法國的Jolie Mauger則偏向爽身,帶點海水味。還叫了兩隻牡丹蝦,每隻蝦都有我手掌般大,又鮮甜又美味!吃生蠔,少不了白酒。餐廳有兩款推介的白酒,我們選擇了右邊那款,略帶花香,味道清爽,還不錯。之後,還叫了些熱食。 龍蝦湯非常濃郁,每飲一口都像在吃龍蝦一般,附送的蒜蓉包亦不錯,蒜蓉牛油味很重,但可以再脆一些。蟹餅有兩大件,伴以龍蝦汁。切開看見絲絲蟹肉,頗足料,但紅椒分量稍多,有點搶味呢~燒原隻去骨美國野春雞預先去了骨,很方便食用,而且肉質頗嫩滑,還不錯。甜品的Tiramisu很大份,但味道沒太大驚喜。整體來說都值得推介,尤其是生蠔,真的很新鮮!

友人幫我慶生,帶左我食最鍾意嘅蠔。侍應介紹我地飲白酒送蠔,我地就一人一杯Petit Chablis。食完蠔飲啖酒,酒更香甜。分別有American Pacific、Namibia同Mermaid。個人鍾意American Pacific,夠哂清甜。鍾意蠔味勁啲嘅就要食Namibia,好creamy。每一啖都好鮮甜,好滿足。溫泉蛋沙律好惹味,麵包粒又夠脆,香口怡人。炒蜆辣辣地,可以點蒜蓉包一齊食。蜆肉好大粒,又鮮味十足。蒜蓉包就咁食都得,好香脆。慢煮豬腩肉夠哂淋,點埋麻醬又夾。作為配菜嘅洋蔥絲同焗蒜都好適合同豬腩肉一齊食。友人最後叫左個甜品拼盤俾我當生日蛋糕,好驚喜。有馬可龍、cheese cake同brownie,樣樣都好食,不過略甜。作為生日飯,呢餐係好豐富,食物同服務都好值得稱讚!

生蠔嘅款式有成廿幾款,選擇真的非常多
我們選了四款不同嘅國家,四款都很好吃
特別喜歡南非嘅Namibia,不單止鮮甜肥美,而且非常厚肉creamy🤤

每逢大時大節我都必定會反傳統,食啲唔係果個節日食既菜式,團年飯人地食中餐我就食西餐。年三十的晚上銅鑼灣街上唔多人,所以西餐廳都好少人,咁就可以靜靜地食返餐好!餐廳用上小屏風作間格,感覺上較有私隱度。燈光柔和,每枱上也有個小蠟燭,很浪漫!食生蠔點都會想飲D酒,店員介紹我們飲做緊promotion既白酒,$95/杯,味道唔會好拿口亦唔會好苦,很適合用黎食生蠔同埋適合女仔飲!生蠔分別有3款,包括愛爾蘭pink lover($72/隻)、法國little special($75/隻)、法國gillardeau($78/隻),店員建議我們逆時針方向食,前者海水味較濃,中者果隻較creamy,最後果隻海水味跟口感剛剛好,而且成隻手掌咁大!酥炸羊肋骨($188),店員表示羊肋骨做了秘製醬汁製成,還附有wasabi醬汁,因為已經整到一條條咁,所以都建議我們用手食更加惹味!而且唔會太大的羶味!意大利檸檬雪糕($98),這款甜品整到成個球型,都幾似湯圓,不過係好大粒的湯圓。雪糕夠哂酸,消滯一流,還有一些士多啤梨及藍莓伴碟,可以令雪糕食落的感覺唔會咁酸!總括黎講,餐廳店員服務很好,會不時幫忙加水同埋會道菜上

總括黎講,餐廳店員服務很好,會不時幫忙加水同埋會道菜上菜時也會介紹一下,而且餐廳環境很適合情侶來,食物也高質,有機會一定會再來的。
