最後再吃上一個酸酸甜甜的甜品,造型好漂亮,雪糕味道是酸酸的檸檬味,口感幼滑,減低整餐晚飯的油膩感。



謝謝男朋友給我這個驚喜,原來這個並不是唯一的驚喜,晚餐後他給我一部iphone xs,還說我是一個很貼心的女友,一直以來忍耐他的脾氣,無人能及,現在決定用物質補償給我,我感動得眼淚直流,我決定要嫁給他。

媽媽生日加上細妹新工作剛出糧,就選了Casa Fina吃餐好慶祝一番。Casa Fina氣氛浪漫,而且包廂間隔,私隱度高,確是慶祝好地方。這兒出名食生蠔,來到就請店員替我們發辦。店員選了兩款--Irish Pink Lover及Selection Marine。兩款我都少在其他餐廳見到,都是屬於海水味濃的生蠔。先由味道較淡的Irish Pink Lover吃起,生蠔肉質爽脆,海水味確是非常突出,而且after taste悠長,令人回味。Selection Marine肉質結實爽口,鹹鮮十足,擠少少檸檬味道剛好!我點了Tiger Prawn & Alaskan Crab Meat Penne,雖然份量不多,但也很有水準!虎蝦肉質彈牙實淨,用料新鮮。而通粉也煮得al dente,我最欣賞醬汁鮮味十足,加上大量蟹肉,味道極有層次,不消一會已經全部吃清光!甜品點了媽媽至愛的tiramisu,份量不少呢!成品亦很出色,做得creamy又濕潤,有咖啡香濃之餘亦不失酒香,甜度適中,好吃!除了食物有水準之外,店員殷勤的服務亦加分。這餐生日飯壽星大人也表示滿意呢!

銅鑼灣一直以來對我來説都是美食集中地,很多出色的餐廳都可以在這裏找到。這天晚上來到了Casa Fina這家西餐廳,不論是環境、服務還是食物都很令人滿意。前菜點了鴨肝,一客有兩大件,份量足二人分享。鴨肝煎得表面香脆,內裡軟滑,一脆一軟,口感很有層次。而鴨肝的油脂香也比鵝肝更濃,我個人更喜歡呢!配上酸甜的青檸雪芭,清新解膩!主菜我們點了魷魚釀意大利飯,上菜時已覺得十分吸睛,採用了整條日本魷魚,裏面釀了忌廉意大利飯,很特別。魷魚煮得很焾,很易切開,但食下去仍很彈牙有鮮味,同時食到軟綿綿又香濃的忌廉意大利飯,兩種口感配合得很好,連伴碟的蕃茄粒也有調味過,所以很美味,也中和膩感。另外,還點了一份虎蝦阿拉斯加蟹肉長通粉。這份penne十分出色,除了裏面有爽脆彈牙的虎蝦肉和慷慨的蟹肉之外,通粉也吃到很濃很突出的蝦鮮味,每一口都是蝦肉和蟹肉的精華,十分美味。整體來説,這家餐廳的食物質素的確很高,每一道食物也很有心思,還會有下次的。

 素有聽聞Casa Fina的評價不錯,不但環境有氣氛,而且食物味道都很好,於是便約了朋友一起來這裏吃飯。冷盤方面我們點了每人一隻淡水小龍蝦。這隻小龍蝦啖啖肉,而且吃得出十分新鮮,即使是龍蝦肉刺身,但仍然很軟滑爽口。而且味道十分鮮甜,不用任何的調味,就可以吃到原汁原味的龍蝦鮮味。吃完冷盤之後,我們點了一些小食。香煎登爵尼斯蟹餅。十分足料的蟹餅,裏面塞了滿滿的蟹肉,鮮味十足,很好吃。香煎脆皮法國鴨肝。其實比起鵝肝,我更喜歡吃鴨肝。這裏的鴨肝,外層煎得微脆,裏面的鴨肝口感軟滑,而且豐腴甘香,滿滿的鴨香。主菜點了一份烤原條日本魷魚釀意大利飯。賣相很吸睛,大大條的原條魷魚,裏面釀了creamy的意大利飯,配搭上很有心思。魷魚煮得剛剛好,爽脆鮮甜,肉質不會過靭,裏面的意大利飯也能保持creamy的口感,而且吸收了魷魚的精華。

主菜我們點了美國野春雞,春雞皮燒得很脆皮,卜卜脆,而且春雞已去骨,切起來很方便,雞肉仍然保持到嫩滑有汁。加上迷迭香的香氣,簡單調味已經很不錯了。
配菜也很出色,特別是整顆焗蒜頭,又香又軟綿綿,很好食!

The first starter we had was the Uni with Papaya, it was presented in a nice triangular shape with the papaya salsa in the middle.

所以除了驚喜之外,更大的是感動!

全晚我最驚喜的就是這道肉醬焗意式香草大蒜包!!!!
沒錯,這道菜勾起了小時候在PIZZA店吃的焗肉醬意粉配蒜蓉包,但這是高級版!
香草大蒜包焗得又香又鬆脆,蒜香濃,配上加有芝士的肉醬一併吃,是小時候的回憶,不過好味一百倍的感覺!
我甚至說了幾次「Oh, My God!」朋友也笑我誇張了,但我的超愛這道菜啊,太美味了!

好味的食物,不止這些!
為愛吃海膽的壽星女選了一客香濃海膽忌廉意粉! 沒想到意粉除了用海膽汁來煮之外,意粉上還放了很大片的加拿大海膽! 將海膽混在意粉中一起吃... ...我又叫了一句「天呀!」出來!  濃濃的海膽混在忌廉汁內,味道很好、很驚喜,忌廉汁不會太膩.....是一種非筆墨所能形容的好吃,建議喜歡吃海膽的朋友,來到這間餐廳一定要試!!!!!

大家唱完生日歌,壽星女許願後便吃CAKE了! 
當然,這裡的甜品也沒有令我們失望,是很好吃的意大利芝士餅! 

整體來說,這間餐廳真的很適合慶祝生日、紀念日等特別日子來。環境好,食材質素高,服務也非常體貼。
坦白說,我去過不少 Oyster Bar,除了生蠔外,其他食物都「不是我杯茶」,不是說味道不好,而且不合口味! 但這間餐廳真的令我非常驚喜。菜式獨特,但味道完全合胃口,每道菜都令人充滿驚喜。一改我對 Oyster Bar的印象! 

很快便到我生日了....我準備再來這裡「蠔」吃多次 =P

Black Chocolate Fondant, Vanilla Ice Cream ($108): As I cut into the chocolate fondant, the ooey gooey center oozed on to the plate!  This dessert is ideal for chocoholics!  The chocolate fondant had a strong prominent chocolate flavor without being cloyingly sweet, and the vanilla ice cream was smooth and creamy and filled with little black dots of vanilla seeds!
After our gratifying dinner at Casa Fina, we can definitely understand why the restaurant has survived so many years in the highly competitive Causeway Bay food scene!  The food was absolutely delectable, and the service was top notch!  Thanks again godbro XO for my memorable birthday dinner!
