秋冬這季節真是令人非常有食慾!上星期就跟車爸爸拍拖去品嚐熱情如火的葡萄牙菜。往餐廳途中遇見大館內的聖誕樹非常優雅!忍不住為它拍上一幀照片跟大家分享。我倆吃葡萄牙菜一定會想起Casa Lisboa!餐廳的葡萄牙菜式味道原汁原味好正宗,所以當想吃的時候自然就會來這兒品嚐。甫坐下侍應先送上放在率性麻袋中的Pão即是麵包,可以隨心配襯橄欖、橄欖油及Pate來佐吃。Sangria$115是吃葡國菜絕對分不開的拍檔!我特別喜歡這兒果香味濃的出品,香料味不會過重紅酒亦配得出色好好喝耶。先點來兩款前菜唰唰嘴!炸馬介休球配蒜蓉蛋黃醬$35/件(兩件起),炸得酥香而且一點也不油膩,內裡的鱈魚跟薯泥比例恰好絲絲入扣香口惹味。!蒜蓉欖油八爪魚$185用上優質特級初榨橄欖油來炮製,另外還以蒜片、洋蔥來炒八爪魚,每一口都充滿著迷人的海洋鮮味超讚。餐廳剛剛推出了秋冬季獨家佳餚我們當然不會錯過!葡萄牙紅蝦配自家製青醬及蒜油飯$398,光看賣相已經叫我垂涎三尺了。這隻葡萄牙紅蝦身材非常健碩,大廚將它烹至非常香口實在引人入勝。餐刀切下感受到蝦肉非常紮實吃下去充滿海水鮮味,質感跟味道也令我非常享受。切記要將蝦頭內的艷紅蝦羔及精華盡取!配襯蔥油飯一起享用簡直是天堂級的味道,此道菜式還會跟上青醬汁加上之後又會品嚐到另一層次的味道。接下來這客是香煎野鴿鵝肝配自家製黑莓醬$298!這道菜非常濃郁很適合秋冬季節來享用。先品嚐經過慢煮後再香煎的野鴿肉,慢煮的威力下令肉色看下去非常嫩紅,充滿嚼勁的鴿肉味道異常香濃,這個香煎野鴿可謂色香味俱全。香煎鵝肝粉嫩無筋入囗軟綿,切記要配襯主廚特製的黑莓醬跟Brioche一起品嚐,會令嘴巴經歷無數次的驚喜。最後我們還試了傳統葡萄牙鹿肉鍋$340!鹿肉給我的感覺真的非常Wild,雖然不是第一次品嚐鹿肉但這種煮法令我非常期待!鹿肉內裏充斥複雜的味道有蔬菜甜味也感受到香料及酒的香氣!肉質非常香腍吃會罷有暖身的感覺。伴隨的薯蓉很軟綿吃著有羽衣甘藍獨特的香氣,加上濃郁的醬汁一起品嚐好味到升仙。甜品我選上至愛的菠蘿薄片雲尼拿雪糕$88,透薄的糖漬菠蘿包裹著雲尼拿雪糕,連同粉紅胡椒粒、莓及薄荷葉一起放入口那份滿足難以形容。芒果熱情果芝士布丁$90賣相跟Burrata Cheese很相像!其實它是Mascarpone芝士和忌廉自家製成的布丁,甜品底層是烘焗的葡萄牙甜品木糠,而醬汁就用了熱情果汁和芒果組合而成,再配合新鮮的生果布丁吃下口感很Creamy,味道酸酸甜甜的真吃得非常過癮!葡萄牙秋冬季菜式由即日起至2025年1月31日晚市供應。 continue reading
