放工後的晚上,男朋友帶左我黎到呢間位於銅鑼灣隆堡柏靈頓酒店3樓的Casa Pennington,係一間酒店西餐廳。餐廳燈光昏暗,裝潢富格調,非常適合情侶用餐或朋友聚會美國生蠔American Pacific喺網上睇到餐廳嘅生蠔好出名,男朋友又鍾意食,所以我地都叫咗兩款蠔。首先係美國生蠔,肥美又大隻,海水味同生蠔味比較淡,入口creamy法國蠔Majestic (圖左)第二款係法國蠔,雖然冇美國蠔咁大隻,但海水鹹味同生蠔味則比較濃蠔湯 湯呈深灰色,新鮮生蠔blend後熬製而成,所以湯的蠔味非常濃郁,好鮮味,不得了!中間仲有大大粒煎蠔,蠔味大爆發,好滿足啊黑松露雜菌湯呢個雜菌湯同樣用料十足,所以質地好濃稠,每口都充滿雜菌茸,散發著濃厚的菇菌同黑松露香香煎帶子青醬扁意粉帶子輕煎後色澤金黃,好嫩滑鮮甜,好食!意粉裏加入左香蒜、洋蔥同青醬等等一齊炒香,所以非常香口!而扁意粉則軟硬適中,有麵粉香,掛上了滿滿的青醬,好滋味!西班牙伊比利亞豬鞍豬鞍好大塊,豬肉味都幾濃郁,不過就略嫌肉質結實左少少旁邊嘅配菜整得好香口!朱古力心太軟最後仲有充滿心思的特色甜品:心太軟!碟上的Winnie the Pooh圖

最後仲有充滿心思的特色甜品:心太軟!碟上的Winnie the Pooh圖案係用糖漿繪畫而成,像真度好高,真係靚到唔捨得食呀!

其實蟹餅和蟹波嘅分別在於口感,
因為蟹波方便食客分享,
每一個都可以試到炸脆嘅口感!😏
蟹波新鮮炸起,外皮炸至金黃色,
和乒乓球一樣大小、圓滾滾的,
咬開裏面係一絲絲嘅鮮蟹肉,好足料!😍

甜品當然不能少,估唔到老公一早order 左呢個Tiramisu俾我,仲寫住Unforgettable,師父仲畫左兩朵好靚既玫瑰,果下真係甜到入心!

至於呢個Tiramisu既味道,有好濃郁既咖啡香味,微微帶點苦澀,伴碟有水果,可以中和膩感
