呢一碟意大利粉好Creamy,醬汁係用咗蒜蓉、芫荽、鯷魚加埋牛油,然後將意大利粉放埋落去拌勻,意粉掛晒汁,有好香嘅蒜蓉、牛油、鯷魚味,另外呢一碟意粉有幾片鯷魚可以直接食,建議拌埋意粉食會好啲,因為就咁食鯷魚嘅鹹味會偏重


🔸烤八爪魚配燈籠椒醬及意大利青瓜 $288
呢一碟味道好有驚喜,首先係烤得好香炭燒味,無論係八爪魚或者意大利青瓜,都食到好香炭燒味,八爪魚好夠大隻,所以佢切一片片切到好厚身,就會更加有口感,意大利青瓜燒得夠晒淋,燈籠椒醬個味道好出,拌落去八爪魚或者意大利青瓜都會食得好開胃


🔸香煎白鱈魚配蘆筍及蕃茄橄欖莎莎醬 $298
白鱈魚面頭煎到金黃色,外皮食到好脆,保留到魚嘅嫩滑同鮮味,蘆筍煮得好夠爽,莎莎醬係酸酸地,食落就會冇咁漏


🔸意大利芝士蛋糕 $98
少有見到依個擺盤嘅Tiramisu,好似一件藝術品咁,咖啡雪糕好濃郁咖啡味,cream做得好幼滑,有一片細細嘅啫喱,另外仲有一個好吸咖啡味嘅海綿蛋糕,好驚喜嘅一個甜品

The ambience of the restaurant was gorgeous and hip. each floor has different decor, which give out a different vibe.The set lunch was relatively reasonable given the high food quality, the nice ambience and the super service level. The sirloin of the set lunch was perfect, beef was very juicy from the inside and good portion. My friend had fish as set lunch, fish skin was crispy while fish was soft. The sirloin of the set lunch was perfect, beef was very juicy from the inside and good portion. My friend had fish as set lunch, fish skin was crispy while fish was soft. We ordered tiramisu as dessert, personally I think it was too creamy and o was hoping with more texture on the dessert.

Nevertheless, would like to visit again in the near future 😊

The new brunch offers an abundant array of salads and seafood, including unlimited fresh oysters for two hours, for a refreshing start to your weekend celebrations. For seafood aficionados, the restaurant serves sumptuous dishes such as Seafood Fettuccine, Zucchini & Bottarga, Calamarata, Sausages, Mushroom & Parmesan, Pan-seared Black Cod, Clams Sauce & Broccoli, and Lobster Spaghetti with Cherry Tomatoes & Lemon Zest. Meanwhile, those seeking traditional flavours and hearty options will be delighted by the Burrata Ravioli, Tomato, Eggplant & Basil and Charcoal-grilled Lamb Chop, Mashed Potato and Sautéed Cabbage.
