之前介紹過星期四嘅happy hour任食大家都覺得好抵我依家又再嚟試佢樓上一樓嘅餐廳Casa Sophia LorenDinner除咗tasting Menu之外仲有全新嘅a la carte menu同seafood speciality dishes第一次嚟,都係試咗tasting Menu先$688/1Appetiser (Choice of one)-Tuna tartare雖然吞拿魚他他成日都食但係呢個都真係比較出色配上柚子汁+墨西哥辣椒加埋上面啲脆脆特別開胃-Stew baby octopus呢個燉小八爪魚真係好淋好入味!完全係食到停唔到口配上蕃茄海鮮醬同薯仔增加口感Pasta (Choice of one)-Risone pasta望落去以為係risotto其實係米粒意粉佢同risotto相反,好軟身咬落去會同sauce一齊爆曬出嚟配上scallop,煙燻三文魚籽等海鮮鮮味十足-Tagliatelle其實我最鍾意嘅意粉係扁麵條因為佢每條都好有咬口仲可以沾滿醬汁嘅精華呢個意粉配上鴨肉迷迭香松子肉香味濃郁最適合配紅酒!Main (Choice of one)-Pan fri
