近聖誕,總有派對會動有機會參加機會難得到訪中環星級酒吧餐廳派對分三層,亞州菜,25樓是休閒廳 25樓走樓梯上頂級天台露台,有無敵景觀日夜都美絕,壯麗香港風景映入眼中冬天無雲,天氣清澈飲返杯香檳,吃一下精緻美點小吃烤肉串燒,肉質夠嫩滑帶少少油香夠肥美,肉汁夠多也有素食之選,烤蔬菜,有瓜片,番茄仔,咬起來夠新鮮帶子兩吃,包炸漿炸脆,匙底下有特色醬汁伴埋,外脆內嫩,只係略為細粒一點帶子刺身配醬汁,醬汁係帶酸,做前菜,似落了醋,幾開胃,帶子也有不一樣的配搭味道一個好岩一大班人開派對既好地方！中環蘭桂坊德己立街30-32號加州大廈25樓

小妹憑著一點點創意加一桶幸運，贏左Ce La Vi四人早午餐，對著靚景食飯飲酒，傾下計，聽著歌，實在夫復何求？原價$588已包野食、任飲香檳、雞尾酒、紅白酒、啤酒、無酒精飲品，實在超級抵，飲4杯都回本啦！前菜係有曬咁多款，超多，食完前菜都飽飽地。生蠔每人兩隻，超新鮮，而且蠔味十足！三文魚他他最鐘意個酸忌廉洋蔥醬，，你睇貨真價實，超多三文魚粒、好夾個脆片！壽司拼盤普普通通，牛油果細卷最正，融化於口中日式雜錦天婦羅炸漿好薄陣又脆，正，不過prefer上埋個天婦羅汁燒豬腩肉配韓式泡菜腩肉好稔，一d都唔肥膩，皮又脆，好味過中式燒肉烤鱸魚配紅咖喱個紅咖喱超級濃郁，椰香味十足燒有機雞髀配泰式沾醬雞髀好有泰式街頭風味煙三文魚配鹹蛋黃醬皮煎得好脆，咸蛋黃醬好特別主菜每人可以選擇一款，再跟炒飯同炒菜個椰子雪糕好味，好濃，絲絲椰子肉咁，清新！

記得2017年啱啱返嚟香港嘅時候成日嚟，鍾意佢哋嘅happy hour，因為坐得舒服又有rooftop。嗰時每逢星期四都有free flow prosecco and tapas，所以個個星期四都好熱鬧，不過後來就好似冇咗。後來工作越嚟越忙都好少有機會再嚟happy hour，通常都係有朋友嚟香港玩先會帶佢哋上去飲杯野，嚟親嘅朋友都幾鍾意。講真佢哋啲嘢飲就真係好一般，不過環境都舒服，想食煙又唔使落樓，所以都keep住一直有去。

Great ambience, great service and today we had live music too. I thought the brunch was of excellent value. A bit odd that the menu was starters heavy, with a small main then a tiny dessert of half a tart. Overall food quality was very good and it was a pleasant dining experience.

went to ce la vi for lunch during the restaurant week promotion with three courses for $218( inc tax). the venue is spacious and not noisy which is great for conversation. the salmon and lemon grass sushi roll was fresh and adequate. the chicken rendang was succulent and a little spicy, which was perfect as I can't handle too spicy. best course goes to the dessert raspberry tart, presentation is excellent too. staff are attentive and polite. only drawback is the food portions are a bit small

Wagyu beef was tasty and the halibut fish was juicy and flavourful 👍🏼 went on a Saturday night but there wasn’t anyone else except us which made it good for us girls to catch up! But also because there was no one the server was always in a rush to take our food away 😅 price was relatively expensive for the amount of food too

想找個美景餐廳，隨意上去看看有沒有位置。沒有定位，所以窗邊位置都滿座。可以選擇室外位置，但香港太熱了，不適合做外面。傍晚時段，還是可以飽受迷人景色。餐廳有寄存服務，可以用餐後取回自己的袋。餐廳格局是西餐佈置，誰不知這裡的食物是洋人中餐。頭盤有帶子三隻，帶子配番茄碎加蒜頭。味道不錯，開胃的清新。拍了片卻沒有拍照，唯有截圖介紹右邊的和牛。下面有個小火加熱。和牛算好吃、配飯一流。左邊是豚肉炒飯。最後加點了玉米湯，味道還可以吧。

I made my booking a month ago because I was afraid that I wouldn’t be able get a table on the day, turned out I worried way too much. The restaurant also helped me in preparing personalised dessert for the birthday celebration. The food was great, and so is the view from our table. The oysters are fresh and super tasty and so are the lamb chops. Bit pricey but its quality definitely meet its price point.

这家店在酒吧，夜店众多的兰桂坊也是比较有名，位于加州大厦顶层。露天吧算是非常火爆的一个地方。这次跟朋友过来正好遇到大雨天，只能退而求其次在室内喝点小酒，室内的话台阶上的几个座位还可以看到一些夜景。不过个人不是很感兴趣，如果来旅游的话，看看夜景还是蛮好的。从方位来看，如果去楼顶的露天吧景色还是挺好的。喝酒的感觉应该不错。酒水的价格中等偏上吧，啤酒。cocktail等的价格不算特别贵，选择也挺丰富的。值得一提的是他们家的一些寿司。薯条，牛肉，甜品都挺有自己特色的，特别是有一种巧克力味儿的甜品，吃到嘴里。有跳跳糖的感觉蛮特别的。服务态度相当好。总体而言，还是一家非常不错的餐厅，值得推荐，下次来露天吧试试。

First time trying this Japanese fusion restaurant with some friends. No special occasion but it’s a very nice ambiance. Especially great if you have to bring a business partner or associate. The space a spacious with an open deck. So plenty of privacy as you chat (which is a plus during lunch time in Central)Not particularly impressed by the food quality but the ambiance has won me over. 同友人想食Fuison 菜，就見到網上推薦這一間CE LA VI Restaurant。見到環境都幾好，分咗2層，有一層有露天酒吧，所以就訂枱黎食晚飯。環境係幾靚，而職員都nice。但估唔到食物質素有點差。我估這個是泰國fusion？個醬汁十分草青味，再襯上帶子好腥，而生蠔食得出唔係太新鮮，都係好腥。再加上生蕃茄粒更加令到成個組合 = 等於 腥😅之後就到這個三文魚配咸蛋椰子汁，第一啖食，個醬汁咁甜嘅？有小小怪，完全食唔出有咸蛋味。唔緊要，試下三文魚，似係蒸出黎，無香味可言😅。但好彩面頭放了柚子皮去腥味，三文魚不過不失吧。最後到燒豬腩肉，由於比前面2道菜嚇怕，都唔敢對佢有好大期望。但好吃的，原來壓軸出場，總叫做幫我洗一洗味蕾😭太感動😹。豬腩肉焗得剛剛好，皮夠厚脆，而豬肉夠腍夠肉汁，真正的半肥瘦豬腩肉。醬汁係韓式的豆瓣醬，同豬腩肉襯得非常好。

The three of us celebrated our October birthdays at Cé La Vi for brunch this year. It is rare to find a bar that is on the roof top with such a beautiful view of Hong Kong.  All four sides are open and you can get one of the best views of Hong Kong here.  Nice breeze and chilling environment.  It's just an ideal place to hang out with friends and host a party that is relaxing .  Since it is an outdoor bar, you got to think of when you want to go.

同朋友想試下呢間餐廳用apps book左有半價於是叫左幾樣野share好多小食預設係3人份店員幫我地改左做4個servings😊呢個多士食落香脆肉既調味非常濃我覺得有點過咸沙律好refreshing上面好多芝士碎🤣所有材料都好新鮮羊架既肉好淋 冇乜so味我平時唔太食羊都接受到仲加左個side dish: miso eggplant呢個必點!!! 茄子外層掃上味噌燒到外層香脆入面軟淋淋外面係甜甜地有種焦糖既口感 超好味🤩呢個煮海鮮就普普通通啦主要係蝦同蜆 可以唔洗試但甜點就真係必點!!呢個抹茶tart超好食呀一切開d抹茶醬慢慢流出黎味道濃郁但唔會涸喉個朱古力雪糕應該都係自家製(?)濃郁香醇又夠滑好想買返屋企食😂只係點左幾樣野 埋單800幾(半價左）當然就係唔飽啦因為我地plan左呢晚dinner試兩間餐廳😋🤪

中高檔餐廳，不過午市套餐價格貼地，靚裝修又有露台！！前菜可以任意選擇，主菜一款，比較推薦日式咖哩豬扒飯，不是太炸，酥脆得來又多汁，咖哩味道濃郁有層次，不是得一個辣字。。。附近返工的人士可以試一試，午餐不錯的選擇。
