An enjoyable happy hour time

It is rare to find a bar that is on the roof top with such a beautiful view of Hong Kong.  All four sides are open and you can get one of the best views of Hong Kong here.  Nice breeze and chilling environment.  It's just an ideal place to hang out with friends and host a party that is relaxing .  Since it is an outdoor bar, you got to think of when you want to go.
