早上黑色暴雨警告,下午已經停雨,尖沙咀恢復正常。又來到這間滿有傳統裝潢的酒店,我認為這是區內最佳的酒店酒樓。客人不多,談話最好輕聲一點,否則給人聽到。不是吃了很多東西,有芝士焗釀鮮蟹蓋、紅酒醋焗肉排、椰香南瓜餅和棗皇糕。 蟹蓋是這裡我最喜愛的菜式,豐富的蟹肉有洋蔥煙肉的香味,是完美的配合,價錢是超值的。 第一次點肉排,肉質比較肥,醬汁口感很特別。 兩款甜品也是熱的,南瓜餅是炸物,外觀好看。棗皇糕也好吃的,適合女士,合乎期望。

份量來講其實都比較多
打包左黑松露糯米釀雞返屋企
就算返到屋企用微波爐再返熱都好
雞嘅咬感稍為遜色之外
整體嘅味道其實都冇乜改變 包括黑松露嘅味同雞嘅味道

酒方面 個人認為天寶閣嘅白酒都唔錯
當晚為咗迎合朋友飲酒嘅要求 開咗唔同嘅酒
兩個人開6支酒😅😅
每一支我都有試過一杯 係會令我返轉頭再飲嘅白酒
收費亦都唔係好貴 所以值得推介

菜就無咩特別,荷葉飯的的式式幾可愛
雙皮奶因為有椰奶(?)比想像中多液體

總括而言,湯、魚、雞!等我,我一定會再返黎食你地!

天寶閣位置的喜來登, 應該是香港五星級酒店的始祖, 年紀不只比我大, 而且是大得多, 而天寶閣本身也經歷了不少風霜, 是我品嚐五星級酒店粵菜廳的啟蒙. 除了傳統的粵菜點心及菜式, 它的以菇入饌也是其他同類餐廳少見的, 為其添加了不少特色. 例如是點心中的雞瑽菇水晶餃以及蝦子雜菌腐皮, 兩者同樣是素菜為主軸, 但味道濃厚而非淡如水. 前者口感爽脆而帶有獨特的類松露油香, 後者冬菇, 草菇及黑皮雞瑽菇吸收了蠔油汁及蝦子的鹹鮮香, 結合本身的菇香, 比起吸汁能力高的百頁豆腐更吸引.除了菇類菜式, 它的灌湯餃也非常吸引, 應該是我吃過最Luxurious之一, 清澈的雲腿高湯內裡, 有炆得非常入味的花膠及散翅, 餃皮厚薄適中, 內裡有帶和鮑魚粒, 鮮味十足又不會互相搶去, 非常滿足. 其他菜式比較大路, 但質素做得不錯, 如燒餅外脆內裡的豬肉餡夠Juicy, 西芹合桃蝦仁的蝦球肉質夾彈, 蝦餃皮薄餡同樣爽, 最後主菜的鱈場蟹炒米粉真的有原條蟹腳, 啖啖肉之餘米粉炒得相當乾身, 加上同樣爽脆元貝絲及火腿絲, 以Restaurant Week的午市套餐而言, 算是物有所值.

跟住就到D大路D的點心,3️⃣竹炭焗叉燒包。每個上面都有小小金粉,更顯高貴。包身脹卜卜,餡的份量正常,叉燒好蜜味,見到啲蜜汁可以啱啱好滴落來🥰 而且叉燒都好腍,幾出色。4️⃣ 係飲茶必叫的蝦餃,呢到的蝦餃超大粒。皮的厚薄正常,但有幾隻蝦肉,而蝦肉紮實🦐 5️⃣蟹子燒賣,呢個都比一般的大粒,最頂有原隻大蝦🍤 下面的豬肉溝蝦肉彈牙,食落鮮味十足。6️⃣鮑魚瑤柱珍珠雞,一籠2隻,珍珠雞糯米的黏度啱啱好,入面仲有大量的鮑汁同瑤柱,所以好夠味😝

我覺得整體冇嘢挑剔,所有點心都高質素,雖然我叫個D有D都係大路點心,但食得出比出面的酒樓做得好,足料大粒,係新式點心上面都有落過心思😙 環境舒服,服務都ok,係有5星級酒店的級數。

海膽鮮蝦春卷真的很神奇
我中意海膽,鮮蝦春卷又好味😋,容易吃的方法就是先吃了表面的海膽,再吃春卷,那麼就是兩個獨立的點心啦🧐
