第一次去天寶閣飲茶點心都不錯啊。價錢都算公道加上有八五折。梅菜扣肉搶第一次試。梅菜甜甜地。肉質比較瘦,如果多少少肥可能會更好,最衰腸粉送上嚟嗰隻已經不夠熱,所以扣分。最好食嘅係皮蛋酥帶有少少子薑味酥皮非常之酥化,皮蛋就少咗啲啦如果皮蛋大粒就更加好。牛干菌煎鍋貼總體來說都算係幾好食。底脆脆定皮就不是煎。竹炭菠蘿包,其實上邊個竹炭皮係不錯嘅,但係可惜個底呢就比較硬入邊嘅叉燒唔夠淋同埋唔夠Juicy. XO醬蘿蔔糕,好好食,微辣蘿蔔糕煎得脆口夠蘿蔔味。甜品,我會推介桃膠燉蛋白唔甜啦蛋白夠滑啦。上面少少奶桃膠大粒同埋多多。嗰個栗子蛋白露同埋紅豆沙就未級水準啦紅豆沙唔夠「如」咁沙,咁唔甜。不過啲普洱茶都算幾好飲。服務ok。飲了二個鐘多,坐得都舒服。但d侍應不夠人性化,不會關心顧客的要求。#今日冇食叉燒

真係很久沒有去探Jack師傅了!知道他掌舵的餐廳又攞獎,這夜一於晚約埋朋友去恭喜兼重溫他的美味手勢。Jack師傅掌舵的正是位於喜來登酒店來內的天寶閣,四年多沒踏足此處感覺依舊親切。首先在此恭喜酒店、餐廳及Jack師傅,再次取得黑珍珠餐廳指南中聚會必吃的一鑽榮譽。甫坐下侍應便送來香脆腰果及琥珀合桃,因為我們這夜晚品嚐的黑珍珠套餐還會配上美酒,這兩個餐前小食正好用來佐酒享用。我們以一杯法國巴黎之花特級香檳Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut NV香檳揭開黒珍珠的面紗,細滑綿密的氣泡優雅中帶上馥鬱的果香稱心了。以果香引領我們品嚐首道菜香煎鴨肝帶子窩巴,以脆皮包裹著鵝肝炸至甘香,綴以鮮嫩的美國珍寶帶子,墊底還有香脆可口的窩巴是美味的開始。第二枝配酒是金鶴大吟釀(新潟縣) Kintsuru Daiginjo,入口整潔優雅是令人愉悅的味道。好幸福能再次品嚐Jack師傅拿手好菜魚子芙蓉蛋白龍蝦球,用上本地龍蝦來炮製口感爽彈味道超鮮甜,蛋白推得滑溜一點也不油膩,配合鹹香的魚子味道依舊是這麼吸引。然後這客金腿蟹肉竹笙燕窩羹內的燕窩真是太豐盛了吧!梳梳鮮甜的紅蟹肉配襯爽口的竹笙,加上鹹香的金華

這款銀鱈魚製作上花了不少心思,香脆的外層內釀上鮮蝦膠,讓整個口感更扎實,銀鱈魚也不容易散開,兩款的海鮮鮮味在口中打轉,搭配甜甜的醬汁,完全沒有油膩感,旁邊的芥蘭花和炸白飯魚片很有咬口和特色,為菜式加了不少分;和它相配的是意大利拉瑪西亞紅葡萄酒,這支酒大木桶陳年3年的紅酒葡萄香特別重,它的甜讓魚肉味道更鮮明,入口順滑,酒體剔透,我最喜歡這支。

在尖沙咀的喜來登酒店𥚃的這家天寶閣建立已有30年左右。他們的問口掛了許多的認證或獎牌,包括有「米芝連」或米其林,「黑珍珠」與其他的。中午吃點心有很多很多的款式,每次來呢,都感覺有選擇困難症。😉晚飯時,中菜-小菜方面,也有許多選擇。我們挑了幾個「特色菜」包括了🥢北京烤鴨:烤鴨用的是填鴨,鴨比較大隻,肉是比較胖的,切出來的肉是厚厚的一片,鴨肉皮很脆!烤鴨可以做兩吃:一個就是配生菜,另一個就是用蒸了的麵皮包著來吃。🥢燒乳豬🥢避風塘的炸豬排🥢大良炒鮮奶啊,上面有帶子和三文魚子🥢羊肚菌炆豆腐🥢紅燒乳鴿等菜式的質素都不錯啊!

💛五脆牛腩腸粉 $128
一開始比個名吸引左而叫,但發現如果鐘意食油炸鬼既朋友係一定要叫,lee個點心其實係一塊米皮卷住一個油炸鬼皮,而油炸鬼係釀住牛腩,雖然係釀住牛腩,但係一咬落去係脆,有幾層口感,好得意又好好食🥰

其實我不是不好🤷‍♀️~只是比以前差了,仍是市場平均水準之上既,但性價比愈來愈低灌湯餃,入面餡料說是燕窩,但淋淋一 pat 的😅,感覺怪怪,反而湯底是非常不錯,非常鮮甜,很香瑤柱味。點心蝦餃,燒賣,蘿蔔酥,不過不失~不吃都沒有損失那種😂。蘿蔔酥有点失望,味道非常淡,外層絲亦非常普通。意外地腸粉非常好味,入面卷著脆脆餡料的,高級版炸兩😂😂呢個真心好味👍👍花雕雞,熱食,肉質香滑入味❤️可以 encore
