天寶閣作為酒店中菜廳,食物味道同質素咁多年都有保證,服務招呼都周到。有時請人食飯,如果出咩事就真係好失禮。叫左乳豬例牌,乾煎蝦碌,芝士焗蟹蓋,同埋一個素菜。個蝦一上枱已經好香而且好味又新鮮。芝士蟹蓋又啖啖蟹肉,fusion 左芝士其實都好夾架。乳豬同素菜就正常啦。走既時候突然間傾盤大雨,酒店員工教路,要行遠啲不過完全唔濕身就可以落去地鐵站既一條路。好貼心!本身係酒店會員,有discount 又可以用coupon ,就更加扺食整體來講都十分推介。

蝦餃水準次次不同,有時皮很厚。


鮑魚珍珠雞不是原隻鮑魚,是細碎鮑粒,一般。


脆皮瑤柱蘿蔔絲腸粉挺有特色,口感豐富。


瑤柱蛋黃雞包仔,喜歡它的薑味。


松露野菌生煎包太油膩。


迷你燕窩蛋撻每次必點。


其他都OK,沒甚麼想寫的。


喜來登會員75折,信用卡有時8折,折後平均每人200HKD。


疫情漸退,客人回歸,但酒店不夠服務員,要有耐心等待的準備。

🤔️對比一般中餐㕔,水準是令人放心的,但同樣是米芝蓮食府,期望會相對高一點~會發現跟之前幾間比起來略為遜色。有服務但沒有高級食府的感覺

每次想辦小型宴會都會放天寶閣為其中一個選擇,食物穩定,招呼到位,就算係小菜都做得好好天下第一豬,唔係第一次食,但係真係用料真係唔錯,就係食皮“脆”一個字,雖然個包我唔係太喜歡,因為每次疊起的籠子,底下個曾包都變軟了,希望以後能分開上。炸子雞,可以話中上水準,不過皮唔夠脆,呢個可以改善下。鴨肝帶子,嗯好厚,一齊食個味道夠香,不過有點厚,像小漢堡。我鍾意底個快米通,一定要加起來食。呢個小菜我比5星,一個炒球,一點都唔簡單,隨了個蠔油極其普通需要改進外,我下次會再叫。燕窩Tart...嗯。。料足夠,無味,唔太會欣賞。生日幫我們臨時準備到壽包,感謝。個樣普通,但味道傳統,蛋黃流油,蓮蓉夠滑。
