Revisit after a year! Censu has always been on my “encore” list, finally got a chance to come again! I remember we loved this place a lot and did not disappoint after a year. They managed to keep the quality and added some new dishes. The chicken paella was to die for! So so so so good! The chicken was super tender and juicy, the rice was super flavourful, I wish I could get more rice, I may need double rice😂 Must order! Also ordered Chutoro, beef tartare, shrimp sashimi with tempura shrimp head

The chicken paella was to die for! So so so so good! The chicken was super tender and juicy, the rice was super flavourful, I wish I could get more rice, I may need double rice😂

Also ordered Chutoro, beef tartare, shrimp sashimi with tempura shrimp head, hamachi, chicken kaarage, crab meat udon, zucchini flower..
all taste incredibly delicious!

Nice vibe, good food, great service.. It stays on my “encore” list ! (The only downside maybe is the aircon.. we kept sweating the whole night 😅)

せっかく一人ランチなのに、店内に入ったら適当に接され、適当にメニューを渡され、適当に席に案内され、なに一つサービスをしていないと感じました。さっさと食べてさっさと店を出ました。

高いメニューをビジネスにしているのに、もったいないです。
また、フュージョン日本料理という斬新な名前を出して、結局香港の地元の人を馬鹿にしているしか思えません。
人のことを馬鹿にするのもほどがある。
おそらくオーナーさんや店長さんもそういうコンセプトで、そこら辺にいるお金を持っていそうなカモさんを招いて、さっさとメッサオークワして、さっさと店から追い出すようなコンセプトのビジネスでしょう。

顾名思义,它是Uni和Onigiri的结合版。饭团被一汪色泽清亮的鲍鱼汤底环住,汤汁释放出的鲜味却又是出人意料的浓厚,甚至还带点黄油的浓香,鲜得饱满,鲜得富有层次。

🍜Udon - Crab Miso, Snow Crab

雪蟹乌冬面是Fukuro 的名菜,到了Censu演绎出了不一样的版本,只想说太过瘾了,简直是猝不及防地接受了一场碳水和酱汁交织的猛烈暴击!

乌冬面被酱汁染出馋人的焦糖色,柔嫩的蟹肉纷纷扬扬洒上,蟹肉味增的量十分凶残(我喜欢),随意拌开都能极大程度吊出鲜美。还有相当足量的芦笋,增添一缕清新脆爽。

轻轻撩开蛋黄,金灿灿的蛋液快狠准地润进面条,原本质地松散如羽毛的蟹肉,这下与面条紧紧黏在了一起,每一口都陶醉在蟹肉的咸鲜与乌冬的弹牙劲道,堪称终极融合讲究!

说句题外话,吃完这份雪蟹乌冬,忽然馋蟹粉拌面了。

🍡Mont Blanc Dango
·
借鉴了蒙布朗的灵感来呈现日式Mochi,不过甜度依然是和风的克制,正好作为血糖飙升的大餐收尾,非常之令人回味。

一串四颗圆鼓鼓的团子,嚼起来糯唧唧的韧性极好,咬断时在齿间摩擦出清润的米香,直接吃都很棒。
·
覆盖的栗子Mascarpone绵滑细腻,在黄油薄脆、抹茶酥粒、巧克力碎里贪婪地裹上一圈,几种口感对立分明又和谐交融,真是拿捏准了!
·
不过服务有失水准,先是下单漏了一道菜(幸好忘了不然吃不完),然后快要吃完了才想起来告诉我们饭要完全混合汤汁一起吃。
