Censu算是日式fusion居酒屋餐厅周的menu本身很好吃,唯二踩雷的是额外花钱add on的招牌海胆吐司和冰淇淋…生蚝很新鲜大只;牛肉品质很好,海胆饭比较有特色,份量还蛮大!Sake pairing的量感觉也很大。总之Censu的性价比还不错。688 /人的餐厅周menu+388 /人的sake pairing只是三百多add on的海胆吐司吃起来有点奇奇怪怪,海胆和下面的吐司完全不搭环境和氛围很好,推荐来约会 continue reading

踏入生日月份,身邊老best不斷約食飯,今次帶 👦🏻👧🏽 來到蘇豪區一間小店。店內裝修是簡約日本風、燈光昏暗配上節奏輕快音樂,讓人加倍放鬆;但背景音樂有點嘈吵。▪️POTATO SALAD $128擺盤十分有趣,香脆炸薯片配冷冰冰薯蓉;其實幾適合夏日天氣,入口涼爽開胃 👍🏻 推薦必點!▫️OYSTERS $98/piece生蠔肥美,配上沖繩特產海蘊Mozuku,略嫌柚子醋偏多,味道有點鹹。▪️BEEF TARTARE $168朋友力推這款菜式,醬汁香濃加添適量的馬山椒;香脆多士剛好中和濃味,惹味非常!▫️CARAMEL BUTTER CORN $88出現於黑板上的 Special Menu,粟米上塗上薄薄一層焦糖,濃郁糖香包裹著粟米,入口香脆;友人十分喜歡,但 👧🏽 覺得味道偏甜。▪️OX TONGUE $88 牛舌口感爽脆,軟嫩多汁。▫️PRAWN OKONOMEYAKT $168友人誤點的一道菜,蝦大板燒。有點像蝦多士,入口香脆,配搭大板燒醬料,味道濃郁豐富,是不錯的小菜。▪️CHICKEN WING GYOZA $98/piece日式雞翼餃子是居酒屋必點的一道菜,味道偏鹹,普普通通,價錢都略嫌偏貴。▫️TOYO CHAR SIU $188東洋叉燒?!👦🏻 喜歡一些小眾菜式,然而總會又驚又喜的。的確只是一碟很普通的甜瘦叉,同行兩位都表示沒有肥肉的叉燒都是不合格,而且份量和價格都有點驚人。▪️WAGYU STRAK $358和牛和菌類出奇地夾,medium rare 和牛肉質軟嫩、口感多汁,菌類吸收了香濃醬汁之餘又剛好中和了和牛的油膩感,味道十分豐富!▫️UNIGIRI $278飯團烤至微脆焦香外脆內軟,搭上微微牛油香氣的海膽,入口綿密即化。紫蘇葉點綴清新感提升層次,搭配鮑魚高湯一同進食,絕對有驚喜!▪️UDON $278烏冬煙韌彈牙,蟹肉份量都多。味噌醬汁相當濃郁,蓋過了蟹肉鮮味;攪勻蛋黃,整個味道都偏鹹重口味。▫️COCONUT ICE CREAM $108椰子雪葩,底層是紫蘇葉冰;口感清新,清暑一流。▪️MISO ICE CREAM多謝店家送上的小小心意,味噌雪糕。鹹味雪糕配搭柚子和抹茶餅乾,相當有趣。位於蘇豪區裡的居酒屋,門面低調,內裡別有一番風味。食物水準可以,但未至於驚艷;可能地段關係,價格上亦略為進取偏貴。整體而言,有人萬歲的確可一試,但自費就會有點卻步。 continue reading

Still one of my favorite spots for dinner gatherings!Some of the must-order items include:- Baby squid (highly recommended!). Already sold put when we wanted to order it for the 2nd time last night!- Chicken paella. Super tender and juicy chicken and richly flavored rice. - Udon topped with crab meat and a half boiled egg.
