食完早餐去街市買餸,今日帶埋工人去買料整蘿蔔糕。先去茶檔食個早餐。畀個年輕女職員吹快D落單,走過來兩次,講真坐低都無三分鐘。環境幾好,好懷舊,但係員工呢⋯⋯其實係冇service, 仲大大聲聲係客人面前講另一個員工是非。我同工人入到鋪,想坐低喇,員工:「坐個邊丫,呢到冇位」其實兩邊都係搭枱,都有客食梗,我唔明咩叫無位,而且又唔係留座喎,真係睇佢心情😣價錢偏貴,不過係九龍城區尚可接受,食個懐舊裝修囉。員工態度有待改善。整體食物都可以,起碼唔會成碟油,因為好多茶記早餐煎蛋🍳,油浸咁款上枱。

新開張已幫襯,之前就算要排隊及坐得逼夾都無所謂,但數月前落去食早餐,叉燒又硬又燶,以為咁啱果朝唔新鮮,今日諗住再去再叫多次試下,點知結果一樣,叉燒拮都拮唔入,又黑又燶,唔知擺咗幾耐,越做越差,早餐多士想走蒜茸又話唔得,就咁要件齋飽唔烘又話唔得,要等老闆批,又唔係要求俾多件多士,只喺想要少D嘢都唔得,同埋價錢上已經唔係平,比起其他茶餐廳算貴,性價比差到爆。大家若去到唔使排隊可即管入去試試,因環境佈置懷舊,可以影下相,但若要排隊就不試也罷。

辛勞了一整天,很想狠狠地大吃大喝一餐,慰勞一下自己,正所謂「辛苦搵來自在食」應該沒有人會否認吧。搵食當然要到九龍城走一趟,話不定會找到好東西叮吃,誰不知驚喜就在前面。位於九龍城侯王道中段有一間叫【茶檔】的食店,店內的每一個角落都滲滿舊日香的足跡,單是閣樓的位置已經是向懷舊香港致敬,還有餐廳的大門口已經令人讚嘆,個人認為有點舊日檔鋪的感覺,在霓虹燈管的襯托下,更相當益彰。店內的另一邊閣樓的佈置,都是一貫以舊香建築物的藍圖而建成。其中一個我很欣賞的位置,就是由門口進來後靠右邊的上方,說到香港特色之一,不得不提就是霓虹燈和大大的招牌,掛得整條行人路都滿滿的,這裡就完全地呈現了出來。這裡有很多打卡呃like位,單是拍照/自拍都可能已經用下下單後約10分鐘左右,例湯便即送到,「粉葛章魚豬骨例湯」煲得夠晒火喉,絕對稱得是上老火湯。粉葛像薯仔一樣粉粉的,整個湯的章魚味甚為濃郁,一點都不似某些茶記,喝得滿口味精的,當時的我真很想再添多一碗呢。其次送到的是「韮菜炒蛋」韮菜相當足料,鋪滿整蛋的表面,蛋的份量亦好有誠意,只是謹謹比碟子的面積少一點點,雞蛋的鹽份剛剛好,炒得全熟而且嫩滑,蛋邊的範圍更是有點焦香

下單後約10分鐘左右,例湯便即送到,「粉葛章魚豬骨例湯」煲得夠晒火喉,絕對稱得是上老火湯。粉葛像薯仔一樣粉粉的,整個湯的章魚味甚為濃郁,一點都不似某些茶記,喝得滿口味精的,當時的我真很想再添多一碗呢。

其次送到的是「韮菜炒蛋」韮菜相當足料,鋪滿整蛋的表面,蛋的份量亦好有誠意,只是謹謹比碟子的面積少一點點,雞蛋的鹽份剛剛好,炒得全熟而且嫩滑,蛋邊的範圍更是有點焦香,可見大廚的功架十足。

「芝士蟹肉煎肉餅」芝士和蟹肉互相輝映,蟹肉是一絲糸扣住一絲的,每一口都是很肉肉喔。加上有少許蛋白,所以更顯得幼滑,肉餅亦煎得恰到好處,咸香非常。以西蘭花伴碟,成件事真係好豐富,聽講是此店的招牌菜,不過真的沒有下巴輕輕喔,份量十足。


【食後惑】真心推介此店給每一位香港的朋友/遊客,誠意到家的食店在現今的香港真係已經越來越少見。部份都是以裝修吸客為先,比較少的是視覺和味覺都能同時間地雙重享受的,真的很有主家飯的感覺,所以更加要大力支持一下喔。

今日做咗成日野都冇嘢落我頭,啱啱嚟到九龍城就睇吓有咩食啊,但平時食開個幾間又真係食到有啲厭唔想再食,唯有打開個OpenRice睇下有咩好食,見到呢間外型好特別嘅餐廳,食港式茶餐廳嘅嘢呢度嘅裝修好特別,餐牌上面啲相亦都認得好靚,搞到我都唔知食乜好,樣樣都好想食,但係又唔可以樣樣都叫,真係好難揀最後我叫咗個滑蛋蝦仁叉燒飯,佢個蛋真係炒得好滑,蝦仁又好爽,可惜啲飯又真係Dry左啲我朋友就叫咗個鹹牛肉蛋三文治,睇個樣都覺得好好食

身為一個茶記死忠咁啱X假期介紹呢間「港嘢茶檔」見到環境裝潢咁有特色,就咁睇圖好似好吸引去到現場的確唔錯,大大個霓虹燈茶記牌,好復古有啲80年代FEEL👍🏻不過野食就非常普通,無咩好講。而另一個Gimmick就係杯奶茶喇!上網介紹就話奶茶可以加錢轉包裝,袋裝好靚,本身諗住轉黎打下咭影相留念點知去到職員話無袋裝得返杯裝一場黎到無理由唔轉架~可惜杯奶茶味道就麻麻地,無乜茶味😟有少少失望呢間野總括來講就係好睇唔好食加上位置距離地鐵站都遠,唔需要特登黎。

一日之計在與晨,加上一個豐富既早餐就更加Perfect!九龍城有得食早餐嘅餐廳基本上都有我容BB嘅腳毛,但呢間茶檔我的確係留得最多,點解?全因一個「心」字。由第一次去食已經覺得好特別,點解?首先要講佢個早餐蒜蓉多,我未見過一間有早餐食嘅餐廳可以整得咁軟熟,送黎仲要係熱辣辣,唔似其他餐廳HEA住夾塊薄過張紙巾既牛油再加塊之前已經烘好既面包!加分!再講講餐牌上其他嘅早餐,你見過白汁磨菇火腿通粉未?見過一粒粒炸到香噴噴既午餐肉配番茄湯未?仲要即叫即整!加分!再加啲Detail位,我從未見過一間早餐店另上一包包細麻油!任用!再加分!最後!少有涷飲唔洗加錢!滿分!希望日後可以KEEP到水準,再進步!

最後!少有涷飲唔洗加錢!滿分!
