To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去到新都城﹐有很多食肆選擇﹐朋友推薦食這間﹐見餐廳都很大﹐易搵位﹐便入去試下。我地入去竟然有房間﹐我地便揀咗房入面坐。午市套餐好抵食﹐每個餐都只是50-60元一份﹐連飲品及湯﹐湯仲有得揀冬蔭公湯定冬瓜湯。我地分別點了燒豬頸肉飯﹐海鮮炒飯﹐海南雞飯和冬蔭公湯麵。每一碟份量超大﹐完全食唔晒。燒豬頸肉亦好多件﹐唔錯。燒牛肉唔韌。海南雞好食過啲飯﹐飯太林。所以最後大家都食淨好多飯。埋單時有驚喜﹐有折扣!最後每人只需$52,超抵食!

昨晚叫咗個『冬陰公烤魚』『配菜有肥牛豬腩肉。生菜』兩杯凍飲。一個炸豬皮。結果太令人失望。咁大盆烤魚。只比一個一人一煱的火種給我們打邊爐。魚緊緊可以熱食。非常難食。肥牛放在旁邊起碼要三分鐘才變色。菜也一樣浸熟。好彩食後沒有肚痾🤬最後同服務員講。仲搞笑。我哋都有叫火鍋配料去打邊爐。嗰個阿姐回答我們『乜妳地係打邊爐』。簡直佛都有火。盆烤魚已經好遲上菜啦。只有肥牛豬腩肉、生菜一早到咗。莫非她會以為我們生食🤔🤔。我不會再幫襯佢哋。

泰式酸辣無骨鳳爪作為前菜,辣辣地好開胃,加上啲青檸味幾清新,下面係青瓜同埋洋蔥,份量冇想像中咁多。泰式金不換冬陰功蝦球粉絲煲呢個係今餐最推薦嘅食物,好多隻大蝦,每一隻都好爽口彈牙,加埋個汁好濃好惹味,少少辣,撈埋啲索晒汁嘅粉絲一齊食,真係冇得頂!泰式金不換炒金邊粉味道合格,甜甜酸酸幾好味。芒椰西米露西米露唔太甜,加埋啲芒果汁酸酸地,絕佳配搭。

香茅豬排蛋蓋飯配泰皇汁,外賣賣相幾好,豬排有好多舊,煎得好香脆。泰式豬頸肉炒河份量好多,除左豬頸肉之外,仲有其他唔同既配料:洋蔥絲,芽菜,玉米梗,紅蘿蔔片。味道甜甜地,好惹味。
