To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 昨晚叫咗個『冬陰公烤魚』『配菜有肥牛豬腩肉。生菜』兩杯凍飲。一個炸豬皮。結果太令人失望。咁大盆烤魚。只比一個一人一煱的火種給我們打邊爐。魚緊緊可以熱食。非常難食。肥牛放在旁邊起碼要三分鐘才變色。菜也一樣浸熟。好彩食後沒有肚痾🤬最後同服務員講。仲搞笑。我哋都有叫火鍋配料去打邊爐。嗰個阿姐回答我們『乜妳地係打邊爐』。簡直佛都有火。盆烤魚已經好遲上菜啦。只有肥牛豬腩肉、生菜一早到咗。莫非她會以為我們生食🤔🤔。我不會再幫襯佢哋。
