之前成日聽人介紹食呢間,今日嚟太子試吓!發覺質素麻麻哋,差過好多潮州菜 而且服務欠佳🥲🥲店員經常無視你或者會唔理你嗰啲request午市Menu會比較化算啲!朋友一齊坐低就話想嗌我講然後嗌咗,原來五至70幾蚊嗰個雙拼滷水餐會抵過散嗌好多!而且應該都有三片落咗單之後店員完全唔提我哋所以埋單嗌咗幾樣小食已經$800但係食唔飽,性價比非常之大,而且味道唔突出,蠔仔粥雖然70幾蚊一碗,但係佢其實勁少材料🙉整體體驗麻麻地,下次唔會嚟😮‍💨

鵝片及鵝肝:鵝肉薄片鮮嫩多汁,而鵝肝則帶有濃郁的鵝肝香氣,口感滑嫩。汕頭煎蠔烙:外層酥脆,內部保持了豐富的鮮味和口感。反沙芋:選用了優質的芋頭,溫度保持得10分好,熱辣辣,香噴噴,味道甚佳!最後,我想重點介紹魚露浸花甲。這道菜不算是潮州的名菜做得很好。魚露的鹹香和花甲的鮮甜完美融合,每一口都帶來了濃郁的海鮮風味。如果沒有嘗試過的朋友,一定要嘗試。另外,食店裝修新淨,衛生清潔,服務殷勤,實在值得一試。

好少去吃潮州菜,因為多數系打冷,今次朋友生日話去一間三級歷史活化建築內吃潮州菜,感覺又幾新鮮😎。這食店地方不大,分兩層,沿古色樓梯上了二樓,環境雅緻,有很多掛畫和特色擺設,露台雅座更給人古色古香的情懐整體食物水準平均,本人比較喜歡豬生腸,很爽脆,煎蠔餅也很香口,芋頭焗飯第一次食,炒得好亁身,不錯👍🏻,芋頭味和蛋香很夾!另乾貝春菜煲也是潮州特色菜之一,我朋友系潮州人,他說這菜很難做但讚這店做得合格,其實是把芥菜炒完再煮,少少酸幾特別。最後我們吃了綠豆爽糖水,味道一般,不太甜啱我✌🏻值得一讃系這𥚃设有限時,枱與枱之間空間寬敞,服務員態度也很好,亦不時換餐具🍴,這裡除了樓梯還有電梯,非常貼心老人家喁❤️

月餅酥皮好鬆化,內餡也𣎴會過甜。對比起奶黄月和蓮蓉月餅,我更愛我比較少吃的潮式月餅(⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎)。當中我最推介綿密的芋泥口味哦🩷!!!

幾年無嚟過食,環境及服務都無變,唯一食物質素好似差咗。食物:蘿蔔乾豬肚湯失望係因為有期望,色水及味道都淡咗,記得之前飲味道好濃,十足十媽媽煲足料老火蘿蔔乾湯友人就分別叫咗胡椒豬肚湯及海螺湯無試味,所以無評論鵝片滷水味香但肉有點鞋鵝蛋好大隻,比普通食開嘅大咗一倍,可惜蛋白奀皮蛋黃唔夠香川椒雞雞肉及味道都還可以,碟邊炸葉唔脆係一d都唔脆,疑似炸起咗一段時間吸番晒d入去炸雙棗蝦棗質感可以,但蝦味唔濃蟹棗好食d,有蟹味冬菇芥菜煲OK,可能季節性問題,芥菜有點苦潮州炒魚麵味道可以,但唐芹太多蓋過咗魚味,最特別係用長方形魚片,切到一條條幼過筷子size炒出嚟甜品:當然唔少得反沙芋啦,芋頭香,中間軟硬適中總結:短時間內都唔會再嚟,有代提升回復以前食物質素。

潮汕生醃愛好者對這份口味的思念是有癮的。生醃蟹,塊塊飽滿,絲絲入味,蟹膏絲滑綿密,蟹肉軟糯鮮香,非常喜歡這個醃料的口味。生醃瀨尿蝦的醃料口味完全是不一樣的,比較上味道更鹹更簡單,蟹的醃料個人認為更豐富。魚露浸花甲,顆顆飽滿,鮮甜可口,吃完生醃,吃花甲會覺得有點淡,可能順序不對。蠔仔煎非常的驚艷,每一口都是肥嘟嘟的生蠔肉,軟糯椒香,外酥裡嫩。沙茶牛肉芥蘭,蔬菜嫩脆,牛肉入味軟嫩,這樣的菜式,下次配上隻XO豈不是完美

如果要講性價比一定係偏低㗎啦

雖然透過同事才會到此餐廳用饍, 不過陳儀興的大名卻好像似曾相識, 原來是在三級歷史活化文物大樓裡, 有一定歷史 😳 餐廳樓底高座位寬闊, 我們選擇了一樓的樓台, 環境非常幽雅, 人不算多, 相當恬靜。下午午餐有滷味套餐, 炒麵飯, 焗飯和粥類, 全部食物都包一碗湯, 有珍珠菜海鮮湯和紫菜肉碎蛋花湯, 另外可加$20配鵝汁灼時菜或豆腐炒時蔬。紫菜肉碎蛋花湯很清甜的味道, 配料甚多! 而海鮮湯上碟時已經嗅到非常香濃的海鮮味, 就算沒嘗過估計也是美味的 😋家鄉炒潮州麵線 $65第一次吃潮州麵, 跟港式炒麵非常類同, 有荳芽, 韭菜, 豬肉條等等, 麵質不算乾身也不油膩, 味道剛好不錯。鵝片飯 $88鵝片皮肉均勻, 肉質軟嫩, 鵝片下面有豆腐墊底, 連豆腐都相當入味, 不過剩下的滷水汁略少, 鵝片份量多一點會更理想。豆腐鵝蛋飯 $70同事想減肥, 卻錯誤地點了這個, 畢竟豆腐墊底是一般潮州滷水特色, 額外叫是浪費錢 😅 鵝蛋比雞蛋濃味, 個人還是喜歡雞蛋的鮮味。整體價錢不算貴, 而且環境很幽雅寧靜, 可以待上一個下午 😆 要提一提, 升降機有兩邊, 一邊只向上另一邊只向下, 小心乘錯。
