今天我去了陳儀興,之前在網上看到有很多人分享過這個地方,說食物很好吃,想來很久了,但實際體驗下來,我感覺名氣大於實際。生醃蟹雖然不腥,但也沒有鮮。花甲也只是一般,連我最期待的瀨尿蝦是還未解凍,零蝦膏不特止咬落去成口冰很失望。滷水菜式都合格,但沒有什麼驚喜。至於他們特別推薦的新鮮海螺兩吃,湯用鹹橄欖煲製作,味道偏鹹;而炒海螺片也偏重口味。蠔餅一啲都唔好食我覺得炸得太燶啲蠔又唔係太新鮮。仲有其他嘢完全冇咩特別!最後,唯一的亮點是隔壁小店恆新花生涼果的碧根果很好吃。

第一次黎食,一直知出名都從未幫襯,今日lunch 黎試,無咩人。花甲粒粒大粒冇沙,而且非常入味。滷水鵝肉比想像好味。蠔餅略嫌多炸粉,蠔較細同較少。反而炒米粉比想像出色。雖然食物唔錯,但收費略貴,性價比唔算高。

煎𤐶烙,是油炸,不是煎,外層脆口,但食吾到𤐶仔….

總括來說,價錢方面,有點貴⋯⋯
